Rice-Eccles Stadium
Rice-Eccles Stadium is an outdoor college football stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah, on the campus of the University of Utah. It is the home field of the Utah Utes of the Pacific-12 Conference. It served as the main stadium for the 2002 Winter Olympics; the Opening and Closing Ceremonies were held at the stadium, which was temporarily renamed "Rice-Eccles Olympic Stadium".
J. Willard Marriott Library
The J. Willard Marriott Library is the main academic library of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. The university library has had multiple homes since the first University of Utah librarian was appointed in 1850. The current building was opened in 1968 and named for J. The Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Cauldron Park is a plaza located at the south end of Rice-Eccles Stadium on the campus of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. During the 2002 Winter Olympics Rice-Eccles Stadium was known as Rice-Eccles Olympic Stadium and was the site of the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the XIX Olympic Winter Games. The plaza contains a 2002 Winter Olympic museum, the Olympic cauldron, and other memorabilia from the 2002 Olympic Games.
Eccles Broadcast Center
The Eccles Broadcast Center, formally known as the Dolores Doré Eccles Broadcast Center, is headquarters of three broadcast stations and a statewide educational consortium. The center houses KUED, KUER, KUEN and the Utah Education Network. The facility sits on the southern edge of a nine hole golf course on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City. It is northeast of the Jon M. Huntsman Center and southwest of the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Marvin O. Ashton
Marvin Owen Ashton (April 8, 1883 – October 7, 1946) was a general authority of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 1938 until his death. Prior to becoming a general authority, Ashton was a prominent local leader of the LDS Church in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ashton was born in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory to Mormon parents. He married Rachel Grace Jeremy in 1906 and in 1907 went to England as a missionary for the LDS Church.

K-UTE is a low power AM college radio station broadcasting on 1620 kHz to the campus of the University of Utah and surrounding areas. The station primarily plays music from independent artists and several student produced shows, which range from talk to different types of music sets. Nielsen Fieldhouse
The Einar Nielsen Fieldhouse was a multi-purpose arena in Salt Lake City, Utah. It opened in 1939. It was home to the University of Utah Utes basketball team prior to Jon M. Huntsman Center opening in 1969. In 1968, it hosted some games for the 1968 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament. The building is now used as a fitness and recreation center.
Pioneer Theatre Company
The Pioneer Theatre Company (PTC) is one of four fully professional theatre companies in Utah, formed in 1962 and performing at the Simmons Pioneer Memorial Theatre on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City. The non-profit company produces seven plays each season, running from September to May, including classics, musicals, dramas, and comedies. The company creates its own productions on site, including costumes and scenery, while sometimes using actors and directors from out-of-state.
Rice Stadium (University of Utah)
Robert Rice Stadium was an outdoor athletic stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah, located on the campus of the University of Utah. Originally opened in 1927 as "Ute Stadium," it was the home of the Utah Utes football team. Renamed for Robert L. Rice in 1972, it was almost completely demolished after the 1997 season to make way for the Utes' current home, Rice–Eccles Stadium, which occupies the same physical footprint.
