Idaho State Capitol
The Idaho State Capitol, located in Boise, is the home of the government of the state of Idaho. In 1863, Lewiston, Idaho was the original site of the capitol until Boise was made the capital of the state in 1890 - also the year when President Benjamin Harrison signed Idaho into statehood. A few years after Idaho gained statehood the construction on the original capitol building began in the summer of 1906. The architects who developed the building were John E. Tourtellotte and Charles Hummel.
Boise High School
Boise High School is a public secondary school in Boise, Idaho, one of five traditional high schools within the city limits, four of which are in the Boise School District. A three-year comprehensive high school, Boise High is located on the outerlying edge of the city's downtown business core. The enrollment for the 2008–09 school year was approximately 1,466.

The Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections (IDJC) is a state agency of Idaho that operates three juvenile correction centers and works closely with county probation departments to provide accountability, community protection, and rehabilitation to justice involved juveniles in Idaho. The three facilities are: Juvenile Corrections Center Lewiston (JCC-L), Juvenile Corrections Center Nampa (JCC-N), & Juvenile Corrections Center St. Anthony (JCC-SA) . The agency has its headquarters in Boise.

The Idaho Supreme Court is the state supreme court of Idaho and is composed of the chief justice and four associate justices. Grand Army of the Republic Hall (Boise, Idaho)
The Grand Army of the Republic Hall is an historic Grand Army of the Republic building located at 714 W. State Street in Boise, Idaho, in the United States. The hall was built in 1892 by members of the GAR as a memorial to the Union Army veterans of the Civil War. It was the meeting place of Phil Sheridan GAR Post No. 4, which was named for Union General Philip Sheridan. It was one of 32 GAR halls in Idaho. On January 21, 1974, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
Episcopal Diocese of Idaho
The Episcopal Diocese of Idaho is the diocese of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America with jurisdiction over Idaho south of the Salmon River. It also includes one congregation in Wyoming. It is in Province 8 and its cathedral, St. Michael's Episcopal Cathedral, is in Boise, as are the diocesan offices. As of early 2012 the diocese claimed on its website to have more than 5000 members.
Boise Centre
The Boise Centre is an 85,000-square-foot convention center located on the Grove Plaza in downtown Boise, Idaho. The facility was completed in 1990 and includes a 350-seat auditorium, 20 meeting rooms, and a 24,426 square feet ballroom. The Boise Centre is home to over 300 events a year and receives over 200,000 guests annually. It hosts a variety of events including conferences, trade shows, major Chamber of Commerce events and many galas.
One Capital Center
One Capital Center is a high rise building in Boise, Idaho. It is located at 999 Main St. The building has 14 floors and is 206 feet tall and was completed in 1975 by Mountain Bell. From 1975 to 1978 it was the tallest building in the city of Boise and the state of Idaho, but as of now it is the second tallest building in Boise. Billionaire J. R. Simplot (1909-2008) had an office on the top floor of this building.

Cathedral of the Rockies, also known as Cathedral of the Rockies First United Methodist Church, is a United Methodist cathedral located in the historic North End district of Boise, Idaho, United States of America. The Cathedral is the largest United Methodist Church in Boise, Idaho, the largest in the Oregon-Idaho Conference of the United Methodist denomination, and was the first Methodist church in Boise, founded in 1872.
Zions Bank Idaho Headquarters
The Idaho headquarters of Zions Bank is currently under construction in Boise, Idaho, with an estimated completion date of late 2013 or early 2014. The location, locally known as "the PIT" and the "Boise Hole," was previously vacant since 1987. Pre-leased tenants include Holland & Hart LLP, Ruth's Chris Steak House, CTA Architects Engineers, First American Title Company, Idaho Technology Council, and Zions Bank.
