Drøbak is a town and the centre of the municipality of Frogn, in Akershus county, Norway. The city is located along the Oslofjord, and has 13,358 inhabitants.

Oscarsborg Fortress
Oscarsborg Fortress is a coastal fortress in the Oslofjord, close to the small town of Drøbak. The fortress is situated on two small islets, and on the mainland to the west and east, in the fjord and was military territory until 2003 when it was made a publicly available resort island. The fortress is best known for sinking the German heavy cruiser Blücher on 9 April 1940.

Fagerstrand is a village in the municipality of Nesodden, in the county of Akershus, in the country of Norway. It is south of Oslo on the peninsula of Nesodden. Fagerstrand has 1977 inhabitants (2006) making it the second largest village on Nesodden. "Fagerstrand" in English means "beautiful beach" or "fair beach". Fagerstrand is a small village with two grocery stores, two hair salons and one bar. There are two schools in Fagerstrand: Myklerud skole and Bakkeløkka ungdomsskole.
Fjellstrand, Norway
Fjellstrand is a village in Nesodden municipality, Akershus, Norway. The population was 832 as at 2005. A hairdresser and a grocery store can be found near the central bus stop of Fjellstrand. A relatively rocky beach at the ironically named Paradise Bay is one of the few tourist attractions in this area. Fjellstrand reached its peak in the 1920s, when it was the biggest rural district on the Nesodden peninsula, and beloved as a cabin area for the wealthy white collar workers of western Oslo.

Hurum air disaster
The Hurum air disaster was an Aero Holland plane crash in Hurum southwest of Oslo, Norway as it was approaching Fornebu Airport on 20 November 1949. The plane, a Douglas DC-3 with registration PH-TFA was en route from Brussels-Zaventem Airport. Among the 30 passengers on board were 26 Jewish children from Tunisia on their way to Norway, as an intermediary stop before making aliyah, the return to Israel. The plane crashed into the forest at 16:56, and 34 of the 35 people on board perished.
Oslofjord Tunnel
Oslofjord Tunnel is a subsea road tunnel under the Oslofjord, Norway, connecting Hurum, in Buskerud in the west to Frogn, in Akershus in the east. The Oslofjord Tunnel is one of the longest undersea tunnels of its kind in Northern Europe; it is 7.2 km long and reaches a depth of 134 metres below sea level, with a maximum gradient of 7%.
Vebjørn Sand Da Vinci Project
The Leonardo Bridge Project headed by Norwegian painter and artist Vebjørn Sand is one of several installations that Sand is known for in Norway. It’s a smaller-scale version of a 240 m span that Leonardo da Vinci proposed in 1502 as part of a civil engineering project for Sultan Bayezid II of Constantinople. The bridge serves as a pedestrian crossing over European route E18 in Ås, Norway. It was produced by The Leonardo Bridge Project as one of their non-profit public art projects.

Hvitsten
Hvitsten is a former town in Akershus county, Norway, located between Drøbak and Son. It is the smallest town that has ever existed in Norway: In 1951 it had 76 inhabitants, and an area of just 0.07 km². Because of its size it could not be established as a municipality of its own, and it had to be a part of the rural municipality of Vestby. Hvitsten lost its status as a town January 1, 1964.
Vestby Station
Vestby Station is a railway station on the Østfold Line located in the village of Vestby, Norway. It is served by commuter trains operated by the Norwegian State Railways running from Spikkestad over Oslo to Moss. The station opened in 1879, and was modernised in the early 1990s. It features a passenger walkway built in gluelam connecting its two platforms and a small parking lot with place for approximately 120 cars. The station serves about 160 passengers to Oslo each day.

Spro

The village is located in southern Nesodden, between Fjellstrand in the north and Fagerstrand in the south. On the opposite of the Oslofjord is Nærsnes in Røyken.

German cruiser Blücher
Blücher was the second of five Admiral Hipper class heavy cruisers of the German Kriegsmarine, built after the rise of the Nazi Party and the repudiation of the Treaty of Versailles. Named for Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher, the victor of the Battle of Waterloo, the ship was laid down in August 1936 and launched in June 1937. She was completed in September 1939, shortly after the outbreak of World War II.
Filtvet Lighthouse
Filtvet Lighthouse is a coastal lighthouse in the municipality of Hurum in Buskerud, Norway. It was first established in 1840, and was replaced by a light in 1985. It was listed as a protected site in 1997.
Digerudgrunnen Lighthouse
Digerudgrunnen Lighthouse was a coastal lighthouse in the inner Oslofjord, in the municipality of Frogn in Akershus, Norway. It was established in 1871, and closed in 1975. The lighthouse is demolished.
Ramme Gaard
Ramme Gaard is an organic farm and country estate, located just north of Hvitsten in Akershus municipality, on the coast of Norway, owned by billionaire philanthropist Petter Olsen. Developed as a working farm on organic pronciples from its inception, the Baroque garden which is open to the public features sculptures, ponds, fountains and cascades. Olsen also facilitates and sponsors cultural projects around the estate grounds. The open air amphitheatre is used as a public performance area.
Årungen
Årungen is a lake in Norway in the municipality of Ås about 18 miles south of Oslo which is notable for being an environment containing microscopic creatures called collodictyons. Norwegian scientists have been studying the creatures for two decades and speculate that they may be one of the oldest known organisms, and may provide clues about the origins of life. One kilometre south of the lake lies the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
