This is approximately two blocks to the west of the site originally proposed for the station on 113 Street.
Southgate (ETS)
Southgate Station is an LRT station as part of the Edmonton Transit System's South LRT Expansion Project. This project added approximately 7.6 km of track and five stations to the LRT system in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The Southgate Station site is located next to Southgate Centre (a shopping mall) and Southgate Transit Centre at 51 Avenue and 111 Street.
Foote Field
Foote Field is a multi-purpose sports facility on the University of Alberta campus in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, built as a legacy facility for the 2001 World Championships in Athletics. It was named for University of Alberta alumnus, former varsity track athlete, and philanthropist Eldon Foote, who donated $2 million toward the construction costs.
Louis St. Laurent School

Alberta School for the Deaf
The Alberta School for the Deaf is a provincial school in Edmonton, Alberta with elementary and secondary residential and day programs serving deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Teachers are both deaf and hearing. Alberta School for the Deaf is modeled on a bilingual-bicultural approach. The population is approximately 40 students in the senior school and 60 in the elementary school. Deaf students from Canada often attend Gallaudet University in Washington D.C. for post-secondary programs.
