Hoover is a city in Jefferson and Shelby Counties in north central Alabama, in the United States. The largest suburb of Birmingham, the population of the city was 81,619 in the 2010 census. Verizon Wireless Music Center (originally Oak Mountain Amphitheatre) is an outdoor amphitheater, owned by Live Nation, located in Pelham, Alabama, a few miles south of Birmingham. Briarwood Christian School

Briarwood Christian School is a school in Birmingham, Alabama. It was started by Briarwood Presbyterian Church in 1965. In 1977, the school had its own dedicated facilities constructed on Highway 119, about 15 miles south of the current church campus.
