Karachi Race Club

Karachi Race Club (KRC), is the biggest race course of Pakistan. When Pakistan came in to being in 1947 there were only 2 race courses in Pakistan the Karachi Race Club and the Lahore Race Club. The Karachi Race Club was established in 1913 and racing continued at the old site of behind the Cantonment Railway Station up to 1987. In 1989 the race Club then shifted from to the present location at Deh Safroon, Main University Road, Malir Cantonment, in Karachi.

KU Observatory

The K.U. Observatory or Karachi University Observatory is located in the campus area of Karachi University. The KU space observatory is operated by the Institute of Space and Planetary Astrophysics and stands majestically, 15,000 feet atop a hill and surprisingly, was built to last. The space observatory was last built in 1995 as a part of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The KU Observatory can resist all seismological challenges as its pillars go 15 feet deep into the ground.

Jinnah International Airport

Jinnah International Airport (Sindhi: جناح بين الاقوامي هوائي اڏو, is Pakistan's largest international and domestic airport. Located in Karachi, it is named after Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. The airport provides secondary hub for the flag carrier, Pakistan International Airlines, Shaheen Air, and airblue as well as many other private airlines. Karachi East District

Karachi East District is an administrative district of Karachi Division in Sindh, Pakistan. It is located in the eastern part of Karachi. The District was abolished in 2000 and divided in to four towns namely Gulshan Town, Korangi Town, Landhi Town and Shah Faisal Town. On 11 July 2011 Sindh Government restored again Karachi East District. Sindhi form majority in the town followed by the Baloch, Pashtun, Muhajir, Punjabi and others.
