Sabina Park
Sabina Park is the home of the Kingston Cricket Club, and is the only Test cricket ground in Kingston, Jamaica. Sabina Park became a Test cricket ground in 1930 when it hosted the visiting MCC team for the second Test in the West Indies' first home series. This picturesque ground is perhaps one of the most significant in Test cricket history recording the first triple century in the game with England's Andy Sandham's 325 versus the West Indies in the 1930 game.
St. George's College, Jamaica
St. George's College is an all-male, Roman Catholic high school in Kingston, Jamaica; as of 2005, the College opened its Pre-University Programme to female students. It was established 1850 by 21 Spanish Jesuits who had been exiled from Colombia as part of a religious persecution. Today, it is one of the oldest and most respected learning institutions in the country, producing at least six Rhodes Scholars.

Up-Park Camp (often Up Park Camp) was the headquarters of the British Army in Jamaica from the late 18th century to independence in 1962. From that date, is has been the headquarters of the Jamaica Defence Force. It is located in the heart of Kingston. The mortality rate of British soldiers in Jamaica was very high, particular as a result of yellow fever. A 156-acre estate known as Up Park Pen was purchased by the War Department in 1784, to set up barracks.
Melbourne Park, Kingston
Melbourne Park is a cricket ground in Kingston, Jamaica. It is the home of Melbourne Cricket Club, the third oldest cricket club in Jamaica. The ground hosted first-class cricket on 23 occasions between 1908-09 and 1961-62. Although the ground has not been used for a first-class match since then, it played host to eight List A games in the Red Stripe Bowl between 1997-98 and 2003-04.

Hibbert House
Hibbert House, also known as Headquarters House, is the head office of the Jamaica National Heritage Trust. It is located at 79 Duke Street, Kingston, Jamaica. It was built by Thomas Hibbert, a wealthy young English Merchant, in 1755 to serve as his residence. Hibbert migrated to Kingston in 1734, at a time when Jamaica was becoming the largest and wealthiest of the British Caribbean islands and the largest single destination of African slaves.
Church of the Redeemer, Jamaica
The Church of the Redeemer is the oldest Moravian Church building in Kingston, Jamaica, and houses a congregation of the Jamaican province of the Moravian Church. It was opened in 1918. The name, which is unusual for a Moravian church, was bestowed by its builder Jonathan Reinke "because he did not want people to speak of Reinke's church".
Wolmer's Schools
Wolmer's Schools, located in Kingston, Jamaica consists of Wolmer's Pre-School, Wolmer's Prep School and two high schools Wolmer's Girls' School and Wolmer's Boys' School. The original school is the second oldest (Combermere in Barbados was established in 1695) English speaking school in the Caribbean. The Wolmer's Schools are considered among Jamaica's most prestigious schools, with a traditional British-style uniforms, a Christian ethos, homework, and a firm disciplinary code.
Mico University College
The Mico University College (The Mico) is an institution of higher education in Kingston, Jamaica. Its mission is "to offer its students opportunities for academic success and professional advancement through a rich and diverse curriculum". The Mico was founded in 1835 through the Lady Mico Charity, one of four teacher training institutions established during this period in the British colonies and the only one to survive until the present.
Gun Court
The Gun Court is the branch of the Jamaican judicial system that tries criminal cases involving firearms. The Court was established by Parliament in 1974 to combat rising gun violence, and empowered to try suspects in camera, without a jury. The Supreme Court, Circuit Courts, and Resident Magistrate's Courts function as Gun Courts whenever they hear firearms cases. There is also a Western Regional Gun Court in Montego Bay.
South Camp Adult Correctional Centre
South Camp Prison, also known as the Gun Court prison, opened in 1974 as a combined court and prison to combat the increase in violent crimes involving firearms. A single resident magistrate can issue prison sentences to those convicted of illegal possession of firearms or ammunition. It has accommodated over 330 inmates on occasions. It is operated by the Department of Correctional Services for the Ministry of National Security.

Kingston railway station, Jamaica
Kingston railway terminus was built in the Jamaica Georgian architectural style using brick. It was constructed on a grand scale, symbolising its importance as the main terminus of the Jamaica railways. It has prominent arcades on both levels of the east entrance end. Victorian cast iron brackets support the roof overhang on the trackside. It has sash windows on the ground and upper floors. It was opened in 1845 and closed in 1992.
Trinity Moravian Church, Jamaica

Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts, formerly Jamaica School of Art and Crafts is an important arts school in Kingston, Jamaica. In 1940, Edna Manley pioneered evening art classes at the Institute of Jamaica's Junior Centre but it was not until 1950 that the first formal arts school opened its doors at the DaCosta Institute at 1 Central Avenue, Kingston Gardens.

The school was named after the Child Jesus, and was founded and owned by the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary of our Lady of Perpetual Help (FMS) in Jamaica.
