Bike accident wasn't planned. Foot pedal broke for some weird and good spot :) He survived.. only swearing if his new jacket got bruises. This was filmed by me in year ~1995, in Kempele (Finland).

Oulu railway station
The Oulu Railway Station is located in the centre of Oulu, Finland, in the city district of Vaara. All trains are operated by VR. Nearby is the bus station for long-distance buses. The railway station was built in 1886 when the Ostrobothnia railway line reached Oulu. The railway from the south to Oulu was electrified in 1983, using overhead electric wires at 25 kV. The electrification northwards from Oulu to Rovaniemi was not completed until 2004.

The park is adjacent to the KELA (Social Services) building, and features a grill kiosk and a children's play area with rides and swings. The park was named after Carl Gustav Mannerheim in honour of his 75th birthday in 1942.

Oulu Castle
Oulu Castle was a late defense castle in Oulu, Finland. It was built on an island in the delta of Oulu River in 1590. The castle was mostly made of wood and earth walls. There probably was an earlier medieval castle on the same site latest by 1375. The Russian Sophia Chronicle has recorded that men from Novgorod tried to conquer a new castle in the Oulu River delta in 1377 but were unsuccessful. The present-day ruins remain from an even later castle, which was built in 1605.
Oulun Energia Areena
Oulun Energia Areena or Oulu Ice Hall is an arena in the Raksila district of Oulu, in Finland. It is primarily used for ice hockey, and is the home arena of Kärpät. It opened in 1975 and holds 6,612 people. The arena's former name was Raksilan jäähalli. The name was changed to Oulun Energia Areena in 2006, after a sponsorship deal with Oulun Energia, an energy company based in Oulu.
Oulu Cathedral
The Oulu Cathedral is an Evangelical Lutheran cathedral and the seat of the Diocese of Oulu, located in the centre of Oulu, Finland. The church was built in 1777 as a tribute to the King of Sweden Gustav III of Sweden and named after his wife as Sofia Magdalena's church. The wooden structures burned in the large fire of the city of Oulu in 1822. The church was built again on top of the old stonewalls with famous architect Carl Ludvig Engel as the designer.

Toripolliisi
Toripolliisi (The Bobby at the Market Place in English) is a bronze sculpture located at the market square in Oulu, Finland. It was made by sculptor Kaarlo Mikkonen in 1987, and it is his only publicly displayed sculpture. The sculpture measures 220×150×112 centimetres, and it was named in honour of the bobbies that once patrolled the market place. The sculpture was funded with the help of a public fund raising started in 1985, and it was revealed in September 1987.
Villa Hannala
Villa Hannala is a historic villa in Toppilansaari, Oulu, Finland. Located at Kahvelitie 1, the villa was built in 1859 for the Snellman family. Decorations and a tower were added in the 1890s. After surviving the threat of demolition, the building became property of the city of Oulu. In 2004–2007 it was renovated by the adult educational centre of Oulu Polytechnic (Oulun Aikuiskoulutuskeskus). Today, the villa is almost fully restored. A café was established for visitors.

Market Square, Oulu
The Oulu Market Square is the main market square of the city of Oulu, Finland. The market square is located in the city centre on the waterfront of the Oulujoki river. The Rotuaari pedestrian zone starts from the square behind the Toripolliisi statue. In addition to the traditional market stalls, many old warehouses restored as bars and restaurants are bordering the square nowadays. The market hall was opened on the square in 1901 mainly to get selling of meat out of the open square.
Frans Michael Franzén (sculpture)
Frans Michael Franzén is an outdoor sculpture located in the city centre in Oulu, Finland. It is the eldest public monument in Oulu. Bronze bust of Oulu-born poet Frans Michael Franzén was made by Finnish sculptor Erland Stenberg, while he was working in Paris in 1878-1879. Unveiling of the sculpture in 1881 was a major social event in Oulu. The Church Square on which the bust was erected was later converted to park and named Franzén Park.
Oulu City Library
Oulu City Library is a municipal and regional library in Oulu, Finland. The main library building is located in the city centre near the market square. There are also 14 branch libraries in the neighbourhoods and a patient library in Oulu University Hospital. The main library was moved from Northern Ostrobothnia museum building to the present building designed by architects Marjatta and Martti Jaatinen in 1982.
