Nova Iguaçu
Nova Iguaçu is a city in Rio de Janeiro state in Brazil. It is part of the Greater Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area. It was the state's second largest city in population until Mesquita was split off, and now it is the fourth largest behind São Gonçalo, Duque de Caxias and the state capital, Rio de Janeiro. It lies northwest of Rio de Janeiro, in the centre of the northern part of its metropolitan area, Baixada Fluminense. The current mayor is Nelson Bornier.

Nova Iguaçu Volcano
The Nova Iguaçu Volcano ("Vulcão de Nova Iguaçu" in Portuguese) is located in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in an area of volcanic rocks at the north-eastern border of the Mendanha massif. Klein and Vieira proposed the site to be an extinct volcano with a volcanic cone, volcanic crater, and volcanic bomb. Scientific journals have studied the volcanic geology of the area, identifying the rocks of volcanic appearance as constituted of subvolcanic intrusive rock bodies.

Santíssimo
Santíssimo is a neighborhood of lower class in the west region of Rio de Janeiro, near Campo Grande. In the beginning the railroad stations proceeded on this order: Bangu, Senador Camará, Santíssimo, Senador Vasconcelos, and Campo Grande. Santíssimo was prosperous in the epoch that Rio de Janeiro exported oranges to foreign countries. There were small stores near market places where the oranges were beneficials for exportation.

Paciência is a suburb of the city of Rio de Janeiro, in the western part of the city. It became easier to reach the center of the city quickly, and the region began to develop at a rapid pace. As the neighborhood of Campo Grande is near the neighbourhood of Paciência, all the people from Paciência could use this railway.
