University of Zimbabwe

The University of Zimbabwe (UZ) in Harare, is the oldest and largest university in Zimbabwe. It was founded through a special relationship with the University of London and it opened its doors to its first students in 1952. The university has ten faculties offering a wide variety of degree programmes and many specialist research centres and institutes. The university is accredited through the National Council for Higher Education, under the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education.

National Sports Stadium (Zimbabwe)

The National Sports Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium, in Harare, Zimbabwe, with a capacity of 60,000 people. It is used mostly for football matches, but is also used for rugby union. The stadium played host to Amnesty International's Human Rights Now! Benefit Concert on October 7, 1988. Rufaro Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Harare, Zimbabwe and home to Dynamos FC. It is currently used mostly for football matches.
