The House of Representatives (Cámara de Representantes) is the lower house of the General Assembly of Uruguay (Asamblea General). The Chamber has 99 members, elected for a five-year term by proportional representation with at least two members per department. Hospital Vilardebó
Hospital Vilardebó is the only psychiatric hospital in Reducto, Montevideo, Uruguay. It opened on 21 May 1880, named after the physician and naturalist Teodoro Vilardebó Matuliche. The hospital was originally one the best of Latin America and in 1915 grew to 1500 hospital inpatients. Today the hospital is very deteriorated, with broken walls and floors, lack of medicines, beds, and rooms for the personnel.

Casa Central del Banco República

The Parish Church of St. Francis of Assisi (Spanish: Parroquia San Francisco de Asís) is a Roman Catholic parish church in Montevideo, Uruguay. Dedicated to St. Francis of Assisi, the church was originally established 2 December 1840. Located at the intersection of the streets Cerrito and Solís of the Ciudad Vieja, it was built in the 19th century in Neo-Romanesque style by French-Uruguayan architect Víctor Rabú; the building was completed in 1870.
