University of Vermont
The University of Vermont and State Agricultural College, more commonly known as the University of Vermont or UVM, is a public research university and, after 1862, the U.S. state of Vermont's land-grant university. The University is commonly known as "UVM," an abbreviation of its Latin name, Universitas Viridis Montis (University of the Green Mount). UVM is one of the original eight Public Ivies.
Trinity College (Vermont)
Trinity College of Vermont was a Catholic college located in Burlington, Vermont. It was closed in 2000 due to financial constraints, after which the University of Vermont purchased its campus. Trinity was founded by the Sisters of Mercy of Vermont in September 1925 as New England's second Catholic women's college. The earliest students were taught in the areas of English, French, religion, mathematics, and the classics. By the time of its closing, 5,000 students had been educated at Trinity.

Centennial Field is the name of the baseball stadium at the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont and is the home of the Vermont Lake Monsters of the New York Penn League, the Short Season Class A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. Beyond the left field fence is the former home of the University of Vermont's men's and women's soccer teams as well as once serving as UVM's home field for its men's and women's lacrosse teams, and its football team (1900–1974).

Ross Sports Center
Ross Sports Center is a 2,500-seat indoor arena located in Winooski Park, Vermont. It is used primarily for basketball, and is home to the Saint Michael's College Knights basketball and volleyball teams. It was built in 1973. Adjacent to the arena is a swimming pool, used by the college's swimming and diving teams. The college's athletics training room is also located at the arena, across from the basketball and volleyball courts. Ross Sports Center is also a concert venue, seating up to 3,000.
