8th Street (SEPTA station)
8th Street is a subway station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the corner of 8th Street and Market Street. It is served by SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line and Broad–Ridge Spur, and the PATCO Speedline. The station is owned by SEPTA; PATCO leases its section. The station is known as 8th Street on the Market-Frankford Line and the Broad-Ridge Spur, and 8th & Market on the PATCO Speedline. It has two levels, with PATCO running N/S on the lower level and SEPTA running E/W on the upper level.
Jenkins Law Library
The Law Library Company of the City of Philadelphia was founded in 1802 by 71 attorneys, among whom were the most prominent lawyers of the time. They formed a corporation so they could jointly purchase a collection of legal materials with which to practice law. Shares of stock in the company were sold for $20; annual dues were $2. In 1827, the Law Library Company merged with the Associated Members of the Bar and became known as the Law Association of Philadelphia.

Wanamaker Organ
The Wanamaker Grand Court Organ, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the largest operational pipe organ in the world, located within a spacious 7-story court at Macy's Center City (formerly Wanamaker's department store). The largest organ by some measures is the Boardwalk Hall Auditorium Organ (which is barely functional). The Wanamaker organ is played twice a day, Monday through Saturday, and more frequently during the Christmas season.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Mumia Abu-Jamal was a 1982 murder trial in which Mumia Abu-Jamal was tried and convicted for the first-degree murder of police officer Daniel Faulkner. Appeal of the conviction was denied by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1989, and in the following two years the Supreme Court of the United States denied both Abu-Jamal's petition for writ of certiorari, and his petition for rehearing.

Samuel Gross (Calder)
Samuel Gross is a bronze statue by Alexander Stirling Calder. It is located in Sidney and Ethal Lubert Plaza, on the North side of Locust Street, East of 11th Street, Philadelphia. It was completed in 1897, and dedicated by president William McKinley, in the Smithsonian Park of the U.S. Capitol on a pedestal appropriated by the U.S. Congress. In April 1970, it was relocated to the campus of Thomas Jefferson University in Center City Philadelphia.

Mail Delivery (Amateis)
Mail Delivery is a set of four relief sculptures by Edmond Amateis made in 1941 for the Works Progress Administration and displayed at the U.S. Court House and Post Office Building in Philadelphia, now called the Robert N.C. Nix, Sr. Federal Building, at 9th and Market Streets. The reliefs are carved in granite and each measures about 108 inches in height by 120 inches in width. They show the efforts of postal carriers delivering mail to the "four corners" of America.
