Honda Marysville Auto Plant (MAP) is a Honda manufacturing facility located approximately six miles northwest of Marysville, Ohio and is 42 miles northwest of Columbus, Ohio. It is one of the most integrated and flexible auto plants in North America. Operations include stamping, plastics injection molding, welding, painting, sub-assembly and assembly. The assembly plant opened in 1982.
Ohio Reformatory for Women
The Ohio Reformatory for Women (ORW) is a state prison owned and operated by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction in Marysville, Ohio. It opened in September 1916, when 34 female inmates were transferred from the Ohio Penitentiary in Columbus. ORW is a multi-security, state facility. As of October 2006, 2,011 female inmates were living at the prison ranging from 884 minimum-security inmates all the way up to two inmates on death row.

Bigelow Bridge
Bigelow Bridge (regionally known as Axe Handle Road Bridge) is one of six historic covered bridges in Union County, Ohio. It crosses over the Little Darby Creek, at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:40|06|58|N|83|25|30|W| |primary |name= }}, on Axe Handle Road, just north of Ohio State Route 161 between Irwin and Chuckery. The wooden bridge was built in 1873 by Reuben Partridge, and named for Eliphas Bigelow, a nearby resident. It was refurbished in 1990, and repainted in July 2008.
