Fairview is a hamlet in Dutchess County, New York, United States. The population was 5,515 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Poughkeepsie–Newburgh–Middletown, NY Metropolitan Statistical Area as well as the larger New York–Newark–Bridgeport, NY-NJ-CT-PA Combined Statistical Area. Fairview is a community in the northern part of the Town of Poughkeepsie that borders the northern city line of City of Poughkeepsie.

Marist College

Marist College is a private liberal arts college on the east bank of the Hudson River in Poughkeepsie, New York. The site was established in 1905 by the Marist Brothers, and the college was chartered in 1929. The college offers over 60 bachelors and masters degree programs and 20 certificates across the traditional undergraduate, graduate, adult education, and distance learning environments including online. Approximately 4,500 undergraduate students attend the Poughkeepsie campus .

Dutchess Community College

Dutchess Community College (also known as SUNY Dutchess, Dutchess, or DCC) is one of 30 community colleges within the State University of New York system (SUNY). It is located in Dutchess County, New York, United States, and is situated over 130 acres on a hill above the town of Poughkeepsie. The college was founded in 1957 on the site of a former tuberculosis hospital which now makes up Bowne Hall, the campus's main administrative building.

McCann Field House

McCann Field House is a 3,200-seat multi-purpose arena in Poughkeepsie, New York, USA. It was built in 1977 and is home to the Marist College Red Foxes men's and women's basketball and women's volleyball teams. The Field House's namesake is James J. McCann. Born in Poughkeepsie in 1880, he and his family operated the McCann Feed and Grain Store on the city's Main Street, and McCann eventually amassed a large estate through the stock market.

Leonidoff Field

Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field is a 5,000-seat multi-purpose stadium in Poughkeepsie, New York. It is home to the Marist College Red Foxes football team. The facility opened in 1968. At the conclusion of the 2006 football season, the existing grandstand was removed to make way for a more modern, updated facility including modern press boxes, luxury suites, home and away locker rooms, an athletic training room as well as a new concession stand.

St. Paul's Episcopal Church (Poughkeepsie, New York)

St. Paul's Episcopal Church is located at North Hamilton and Mansion streets on the west side of Mansion Square in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States. It is a stone church in the Norman-Gothic Revival styles built in the late 19th century. Designed by New York City architect Emlen Littell, it has had additions and renovations by other well-known architects, such as Frederick Clarke Withers and Richard Upjohn. The interior treatment was done by Tiffany & Co. in the early 20th century.
