Raritan, New Jersey
Raritan is a borough in Somerset County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 6,881, reflecting an increase of 543 (+8.6%) from the 6,338 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 540 (+9.3%) from the 5,798 counted in the 1990 Census.
Somerville Circle
The Somerville Circle is a traffic circle located on the border of Bridgewater Township and Raritan, New Jersey, United States. The circle is at the intersection of U.S. Routes 202 and 206, and New Jersey Route 28. The circle was built in the 1930s when the area was rural, but as the region became more populated the circle became notorious for being confusing for drivers and a frequent spot for traffic accidents and traffic backups.
East Creek (New Jersey)
East Creek is a 4.8-mile-long tributary of Delaware Bay in Cape May County, New Jersey in the United States. It is probably named in contradistinction to West Creek, which lies to the west, although the name of that creek is ultimately derived from the Lenape "westeconk". It rises in Belleplain State Forest, and is dammed to form East Creek Pond, which covers its convergence with Savages Run.
Raritan (NJT station)
Raritan is a New Jersey Transit railroad station on the Raritan Valley Line, in Raritan, New Jersey, north of the town center on Thompson Street. The station building is south of the tracks in the main parking lot and was built in the early 1890s. There are also three other small lots for this station. Raritan is the westernmost stop served by most Raritan Valley Line trains, as well as daily service. Service between Raritan and High Bridge operates during weekdays only.

Duke Island Park
Duke Island Park is a Somerset County Park in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The Park includes trails, which are part of the Raritan River Greenway and currently connects the southwestern corner of Bridgewater with Raritan center and Hillsborough. The Park is three hundred and thirty-nine acres and is bounded by the Raritan River to the south and by the Raritan Water Power Canal on the other three sides.
John Basilone Veterans Memorial Bridge
The John Basilone Veterans Memorial Bridge is a bridge in New Jersey that crosses the Raritan River. The bridge was built to replace the smaller Nevius Street Bridge built in 1886. The Nevius Street Bridge today functions as a pedestrian bridge. The bridge connects First Avenue and what used to be the short one way block of Lyman Street in Raritan with River Road in Hillsborough. After crossing into Hillsborough, the road curves to meet up with the old alignment with the Nevius Street Bridge.
