Red Bank, New Jersey
Red Bank is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey, incorporated in 1908 and located on the Navesink River, the area's original transportation route to the ocean and other ports. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough had a population of 12,206, reflecting an increase of 362 (+3.1%) from the 11,844 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 1,208 (+11.4%) from the 10,636 counted in the 1990 Census.

The hotel, along with the nearby Oyster Point Hotel, was owned by Kevork Hovnanian. The name is inspired by Molly Pitcher, an American Revolutionary War figure connected to the Battle of Monmouth.
Big Man's West
Big Man's West was a nightclub located at 129 Monmouth Street in Red Bank, New Jersey. It was owned by Clarence "Big Man" Clemons of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band and managed by Terry Magovern and George McMorrow. Although the club was short-lived, together with The Fast Lane and The Stone Pony, it played a key role in the revival the Jersey Shore music scene during the early 1980s.
Marion Huber Theater
The Marion Huber Theater is located in Red Bank, New Jersey. With seating for 99 people, it is the smaller of two spaces in the Two River Theater. Opened in May 2005, the theater was designed by architectural firm Hardy, Holzman and Pfeiffer. It was the home to Todd Robbin's Charlatan Seance during the Halloween season of 2007.

The Grove at Shrewsbury is an upscale lifestyle center located on Route 35 in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, 1-mile south of downtown Red Bank. A lifestyle center is a shopping center or mixed-used commercial development that combines the traditional retail functions of a shopping mall but with leisure amenities oriented towards upscale consumers. The Grove at Shrewsbury was developed and is managed by Metrovation.
Red Bank Armory
The Red Bank Armory is a former armory located at 76 Chestnut Street in Red Bank, New Jersey that has been converted to ice rink. The armory was built in 1914 for Troop B of the National Guard's Red Bank Cavalry and featured a 100x144-foot equestrian riding hall. By the 1950s, it was used to store old tanks. In 1998 Armory was converted to an ice rink, and is home to the Red Bank Generals, members of the New Jersey Youth Hockey League.
Oyster Point Hotel
The Oyster Point Hotel is a 58-room hotel located on the Navesink River in Red Bank, New Jersey. The hotel was previously owned by Kevork Hovnanian and is currently owned by Edric Mason. The Oyster Point Hotel (or simply "Oyster Point") opened in 1986 and was renovated in 2009. The hotel has dining and lounging amenities, both popular among tourists visiting Red Bank. The Pearl Lounge is Oyster Point's large elegant bar.
