Salesianum School
Salesianum School is a roman catholic independent school for boys, located in Wilmington, Delaware. It is run independently within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wilmington and is operated by the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales. The current enrollment is just above 1,100 students, from Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The school has two sister schools, Padua Academy and Ursuline Academy, close by in the city.

Nemours Mansion and Gardens

Brandywine Zoo
Brandywine Zoo is a small 12-acre zoo that opened in 1905 in Brandywine Park in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. It consists of the main zoo as well as a separate Exotic Animal House for small animals from hotter climates. It is located on the banks of the Brandywine River, and is the only zoo in Delaware. The zoo is managed by the Delaware Division of Parks and Recreation and supported by the Delaware Zoological Society, and is open daily.

Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children
Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children is a pediatric hospital located in Wilmington, Delaware. It is controlled by the Nemours Foundation, a non-profit organization created by philanthropist Alfred I. du Pont in 1936 and dedicated to improving the health of children. It is also referred to as the A. I. duPont Institute for Crippled Children or more simply, the DuPont Institute.

The DuPont Experimental Station is the main research and development site of DuPont. It is a major component of the DuPont Historic Corridor, a section of Delaware Route 141 that traces the history of both the Du Pont family and the DuPont company. The site map is shown in the Figure and the buildings are numbered. The map is not fixed in time in that not all of the building shown existed in the same time frame. Some were demolished before other were built.
