Penyrheol (electoral ward)
Penyrheol is the name of an electoral ward and a suburb in the City and County of Swansea, Wales, UK. The electoral ward consists of some or all of the following areas: Penyrheol, Grovesend and Waun Gron, in the parliamentary constituency of Gower. It is bordered by the Loughor estuary to the north west; and the wards of Pontarddulais to the north; Llangyfelach to the east; and Upper Loughor, Kingsbridge, Gorseinon and Penllergaer to the south.

It is one of two stations (neighbouring Bynea being the other) located on the double track portion of the route that is shared with the Swansea District Line. All trains serving the station are operated by Arriva Trains Wales.
River Loughor
The River Loughor in Carmarthenshire, Wales has its source at an underground lake at the Black Mountain and emerges at the surface from Llygad Llwchwr which translates from the Welsh as "eye of the Loughor". In both instances, the road is operated by Carmarthenshire County Council.
Penygraig (Llanelli)
Pen Y Graig is a small neighbourhood between Llwynhendy, Bynea and Bryn, within Llanelli Rural Community. It consists of a council estate and some private residences. It was built on top of the Genwen Quarry which to this day still remains as an area where the local youngsters congrigate to make fires, camp and generally have a laugh. The quarry is soon to be refurbished and turned into a nature reserve.
Penyrheol, Swansea
Penyrheol is a suburban district of Swansea, Wales falling within the Penyrheol ward. Penyrheol is located about 7 miles north west of Swansea city centre in northwest Gorseinon. Penyrheol has two schools: a primary school and a comprehensive school. The latter was destroyed by arsonists in the early hours of Saturday 18 March 2006 causing 10 million pounds worth of damage. This caused much disruption to the pupils and families of the communities of Penyrheol, Gorseinon & Loughor.
