Roath
Roath is a district in the east/north-east of the city of Cardiff, capital of Wales. It lies just east/north east of the city centre, stretching from Adamsdown in the south to Roath Park in the north. Roath contains the Plasnewydd electoral ward. Cardiff Queen Street railway station
Cardiff Queen Street railway station (Welsh: Caerdydd Heol y Frenhines) is Wales' second busiest railway station in Cardiff, Wales. It is one of 20 stations in the city and two in the city centre, the other being Cardiff Central. Penylan
Penylan is a district in the east of Cardiff, the capital city of Wales, known for its Victorian era period houses and spacious tree lined roads and avenues. Situated to both the north and south of the A48 dual carriageway, it is one of the most affluent districts of Cardiff, although subdivision of the large Victorian period properties is starting to occur in the areas at the south end of the ward, mimicking the trend in neighbouring Plasnewydd.
Roath Park
Roath Park (Welsh: Parc y Rhath) Cardiff, Wales, is one of Cardiff's most popular parks, owned by Cardiff County Council and managed by the Parks Section. It retains a classic Victorian atmosphere and has many facilities. The park has recently been awarded the prestigious Green Flag award to recognise its high quality and its importance to Cardiff. Roath Park has widely diverse environments across the park.
St Teilo's Church in Wales High School
St Teilo's Church in Wales High School (Welsh: Ysgol Uwchradd yr Eglwys yng Nghymru Teilo Sant) was opened in September 1966 as an 11-16 school and provides a church school comprehensive education for secondary students living mainly in the eastern half of Cardiff. It is now one of three Voluntary Aided Secondary Schools in the Diocese of Llandaff and serves a much wider geographical and spiritual 'catchment' area; many students come from the Diocese of Monmouth and as far away as Caerphilly.

The Gate Arts Centre

The Gate is in a Grade 2 listed building (in what was formerly the Plasnewydd Presbyterian Church) and was opened in September 2004. Recently Songs of Praise was filmed here for BBC.

Plasnewydd

National Indoor Athletics Centre
The National Indoor Athletics Centre is an indoor track and field athletics sports venue in the Cyncoed area of Cardiff, capital of Wales. It is sited on the Cardiff Metropolitan University Campus and is one of the main facilities used by Welsh Athletics, which organises the Cardiff branch of the Athletics Development Centre at the National Indoor Athletics Centre.
Mansion House, Cardiff
The Mansion House, located on Richmond Road, is the official residence of the Lord Mayor of Cardiff. Habershon & Fawckner designed the Mansion House and it was built in 1896 for James Howell, owner of Howells department store. It was then known then as 'The Grove'. James Howell was a Cardiff businessman who opened his first shop in 1865. In 1890 he made arrangements to build a property on land leased from Lord Tredegar. The plans were for a large family home, to house his 11 children.
A4161 road
The A4161 is a main road in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom. The road links Cardiff city centre with Ely and the M4 motorway (Junction 33) via the A48 and the A4232 to the west and Cardiff city centre with Rumney and the A48(M) motorway via the A4232 and the A48 to the east.
Cardiff International Academy of Voice
The Cardiff International Academy of Voice was established by its founder Welsh tenor Dennis O'Neill CBE to provide advanced voice, music and drama coaching to young professional opera singers from all over the world in the early stages of their careers. 2 Glynrhondda Street
2 Glynrhondda Street in Cathays, Cardiff is accepted as the first mosque in the United Kingdom. The masjid was founded by Yemeni and Somali sailors on their trips between Aden and Cardiff Docks, and recorded by the Register of Religious Sites (now maintained by the Office of National Statistics), as a registered place of worship from 1860. It is still a registered and working mosque today under the title of the “Al-Manar Islamic & Cultural Centre”.
Children's Hospital for Wales
The Children's Hospital for Wales, also known as the Children's Hospital, Cardiff is a children's hospital in Cardiff, Wales. It is situated on the site of the University Hospital of Wales in the Heath area of the city. The hospital is opening in two phases. The first phase opened in 2005. Each floor has its own distinct artwork theme. The hospital serves Cardiff as well as South, Mid and West Wales.
St David's Catholic College
St David's Catholic College (Welsh: Coleg Catholig Dewi Sant) is a sixth form college located in Cardiff, Wales. It is the only Roman Catholic sixth form college in Wales. The college enrols students aged between 16 and 19 years from Cardiff, although admissions priority is given to students from Roman Catholic secondary schools in the surrounding area. These schools include Corpus Christi High School, Mary Immaculate High School and St Illtyd's Catholic High School.

Holland House, also known as Macdonald Holland House, is a high-rise hotel in Cardiff, Wales. The 60-metre high building has 15 floors and is the seventh tallest building in Cardiff.
Cardiff School of Physics and Astronomy
Cardiff School of Physics and Astronomy is part of Cardiff University, a member of the Russell Group of Universities. The School is based at the Queen's Buildings complex of Cardiff University, on The Parade, Cardiff, close to the city centre. The School was first established in 1883. The school offers undergraduate (BSc) and postgraduate (PhD, MPhil, MSc) degrees in the subjects of Physics and Astronomy. The School has a total of about 300 undergraduate and 60 postgraduate students.

Kings Monkton School is an independent school for boys and girls aged 3-18. It is located in Roath, Cardiff near the city's Mansion House and Cardiff University.
