Lagan Valley
Lagan Valley is an area of Northern Ireland between Belfast and Lisburn. The Lagan is a famous river that flows into Belfast Lough. For a section, the river forms part of the border between the counties of Antrim and Down. It has a number of interesting features including a towpath which runs alongside the River Lagan. The towpath is popular with walkers, runners, cyclists, dog owners etc. It is a very scenic and peaceful area and is ideal for walking, cycling etc.

Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park
The Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park is a park in South Belfast, Northern Ireland, covering almost 130 acres and is accessible from the Upper Malone Road. It includes meadows, woodland, riverside fields, formal Rose gardens, a walled garden and a Japanese garden, as well as a children's playground, coffee shop, an orienteering course and many walks. King's Hall, Belfast
The King's Hall Complex is a multi-purpose venue located on the Lisburn Road, in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is the largest exhibition venue in Northern Ireland and prior to the completion of the Odyssey and the Waterfront Hall, was the only large concert venue in Northern Ireland. It hosts the Balmoral Show, an annual agricultural show, as well as concerts and sporting events.
Ballynahatty, County Down
Ballynahatty is small village and townland in County Down, Northern Ireland. It lies on the southern edge of Belfast. It contains the Giants Ring, a henge monument, consisting of a circular enclosure, 200m in diameter, surrounded with a 4m high earthwork bank with five entrances, and a small neolithic passage grave slightly off-centre. Giant's Ring is a State Care Historic Monument at grid ref: J3272 6770. Ballynahatty is also a townland, in the parish of Drumragh, County Tyrone.
Balmoral Golf Club
Balmoral Golf Club is located on Lisburn Road, Belfast, just three miles south of the city centre. It is an 18-hole course with a par of 69. Founded in 1914, the course is set in the suburbs of south Belfast. Although comparatively flat in nature this course has been laid out with a range of strategically placed trees. Balmoral has had a long association with the legendary Fred Daly, the first Irishman to win the Open Championship, in 1947. The club has also had four Ryder Cup representatives.
Balmoral (District Electoral Area)
Balmoral is the most southern of nine district electoral areas (DEA) in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The district elects six members to Belfast City Council and contains the wards of Blackstaff; Finaghy; Malone; Musgrave; Upper Malone and Windsor. Balmoral, along with neighbouring Laganbank, forms the greater part of the Belfast South constituencies for the Northern Ireland Assembly and UK Parliament.
