Chediston is a village and a civil parish on the B1123 road, in the Suffolk Coastal District, in the English county of Suffolk. It is 2 miles W. of Halesworth, its post town. Chediston has a church. There is a dispersed settlement at Chediston Green lying about half a mile away from the church to the north.
Rumburgh Priory
Rumburgh Priory was a Benedictine priory in located in the village of Rumburgh in the English county of Suffolk. The priory was founded in about 1065 as a cell of St Benet's Abbey at Hulme in Norfolk. At the time of the Domesday survey it had 12 monks. The ownership of the priory was transferred to St Mary's Abbey in York towards the end of the 12th century.
Heveningham Hall
Heveningham Hall is a Grade I listed building in Heveningham, Suffolk. The present house, dating from 1778-80 and incorporating work from an early 18th-century building, was designed by Sir Robert Taylor for Sir Gerald Vanneck, 2nd Baron Huntingfield. The interiors of circa 1781-4 were designed by James Wyatt. The dining room was restored after a fire in 1949 and the east wing, containing the library and drawing room, was gutted by fire in June 1984.
Huntingfield, Suffolk
Huntingfield is a village near the B1117 road, in the Suffolk Coastal district, in the county of Suffolk, England close to the source of the river Blyth. Nearby settlements include the town of Halesworth and the villages of Walpole, Heveningham and Cookley. The church of St Mary is a fine example of East Anglian late Medieval work. The nave and chancel roofs were painted by Mildred Holland, the wife of the Rector, in the style of the 15th century, over a period of seven years starting in 1859.

The Cut is a theatre building in the Suffolk town of Halesworth. It is a centre for arts in the community, offers arts, music, theatre, dance, comedy, cinema, workshops and art exhibitions to the local area and houses Halesworth's New Cut Arts. It has a cafeteria and licensed bar and is a registered charity, relying on the support of the local community and its 500 club benefactors.
