Horton, Buckinghamshire
Horton is a hamlet in the parish of Ivinghoe, in Buckinghamshire, England. The name Horton is a common one in England, meaning "dirty or muddy farm". Although in the parish of Ivinghoe, the hamlet is nearer to Cheddington with its shops and churches, so that is the main village to which most residents of Horton feel most attached. The hamlet of Horton was held after the Norman Conquest by the de Brocas family.

Langley railway station is a railway station in Langley, a suburb of Slough, Berkshire, England. The station is served by local services operated by First Great Western 16.25 miles west of Paddington towards Reading. It is planned to be served by Crossrail from 2018. The station is on the original line of the Great Western Railway which opened on 4 June 1838, but the station at Langley was not opened until 1845.
Wraysbury Reservoir
The Wraysbury Reservoir is a water supply reservoir for London lying just west of the M25 near the village of Wraysbury and Heathrow airport. The reservoir was begun in 1967 and completed in 1970 with a capacity of 34,000 million litres. The reservoir is owned and operated by Thames Water and 400 million litres of water are pumped daily from an inlet at Datchet on the River Thames. A neighbouring reservoir is the King George VI Reservoir, opened in 1947, which is supplied from Hythe End.

Colnbrook railway station
Colnbrook railway station was a station on the now closed railway line between West Drayton and Staines West, on the western edge of London, England. It opened in 1884 to serve the village of Colnbrook, perhaps anticipating that one day it would grow into a larger settlement. It was located on the original route of the Great West Road, and under the present flight path near the end of one of Heathrow Airport's main runways.
Poyle Halt railway station
Poyle Halt railway station was on the outskirts of London, on the now closed line of the Staines and West Drayton Railway. It opened on 1 June 1927 to serve the village of Poyle; originally named Stanwell Moor and Poyle Halt, it was renamed Poyle for Stanwell Moor Halt on 26 September the same year. It closed on 29 March 1965, when passenger services on the line ceased. The line north of Colnbrook remains open for goods services.

Poyle Estate Halt railway station was opened by the Western Region of British Railways on 4 January 1954 between Colnbrook and Poyle Halt on the Staines West Line as "Poyle Estate railway station". It closed to passengers on 29 March 1965. No relic of it remains.

Colnbrook Estate Halt railway station was a station on the now closed railway line between West Drayton and Staines West, on the western edge of London, England. It was opened on 1 May 1961 by British Railways to serve the Colnbrook Industrial Estate. The station closed to passengers on 29 March 1965 following the Beeching Report and has been completely demolished although the line through its site serves an aggregate depot and a fuel depot.
