Underhill Stadium

Underhill is the home of Barnet F.C. It is situated in Barnet in the London Borough of Barnet and has a capacity of 6,023. The stadium is famous for its slope from the North to South end. It is also used for Arsenal reserve games. Barnet F.C. will leave the stadium in May 2013 as the club move to The Hive Stadium.

East Barnet Urban District

East Barnet was a local government district in south Hertfordshire from 1863 to 1965 around the town of East Barnet. The district was created under the Local Government Act 1858 on September 25, 1863, as East Barnet Valley Local Government District. The district was governed by a local board. Apart from the parish of East Barnet, the local board's area included surrounding areas of the parishes of Chipping Barnet in Hertfordshire and Enfield, Monken Hadley and South Mimms in Middlesex.

The Abbey Arts Centre

The Abbey Arts Centre is located at 89 Park Road, New Barnet, Hertfordshire EN4 9QX, England. It was originally owned by William Ohly, an art dealer who ran the Berkeley Galleries in Davies Street, London. Monken Hadley Common is a Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation, Grade I, in Monken Hadley in the London Borough of Barnet. It is registered common land, and it is owned by the Trustees of Monken Hadley Common. It is a large area of about 72 hectares between Monken Hadley and Cockfosters. The Common is 1.5 miles long and wedge shaped, half a mile wide at the Monken Hadley end tapering to a point at the Cockfosters end.

Greenhill Gardens is a 1.6 hectare public park in High Barnet in the London Borough of Barnet. Its main feature is an ornamental lake with a wooded island, which attracts many birds, and it also has a grassed area with scattered mature trees. It is a Site of Local Importance for Nature Conservation. The park is the small surviving part of large country estate known as Pricklers, named after a medieval family called Prittle.

The Northern Line Embankment between Totteridge and Whetstone and High Barnet tube stations on the Northern Line is a Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation, Grade II, in the London Borough of Barnet. It has typical suburban railway vegetation, with low brambles and light secondary woodland. The wooded areas have been naturally colonised, with the main trees being silver birch, sycamore and ash. It also provides an excellent habitat for small birds.

Oakleigh Park Rail Cutting is an 8 hectare Site of Local Importance for Nature Conservation in Oakleigh Park in the London Borough of Barnet. It is on the East Coast Main Line between Oakleigh Park railway station and the tunnel to its south. The site is a wide railway cutting with a diversity of habitat which provides a good example of railway ecology. The eastern bank has extensive brambles with clumps of blackthorn and hawthorn, and herbs such as rosebay willowherb and michaelmas daisy.
