University of North London
The University of North London was a university in the United Kingdom from 1992 to 2002. On 1 August 2002, it merged with London Guildhall University to form London Metropolitan University. The former University of North London premises now form the new university's north campus, situated on Holloway Road and Highbury Grove in the London Borough of Islington. In 1996, the university celebrated its centenary year.

Nag's Head, London
Nag's Head, Holloway is a locality within the Holloway district in the London Borough of Islington. It was originally named after the Nag's Head public house on the Holloway Road. The pub was once renamed the "Mustang Diner". It also changed to "O'Neills" when it was bought by a pub chain of that name. The pub closed in 2004, though the original early Victorian building remains today.
Seven Sisters Road
Seven Sisters Road is a road in north London, England which runs within the boroughs of Islington, Hackney and Haringey. It is an extension of Camden Road, running from Holloway Road at the Nags Head crossroads then on to another crossroads with Blackstock Road and Stroud Green Road. It carries on uphill alongside Finsbury Park to Manor House, and from there downhill to the junction with Tottenham High Road at Seven Sisters Corner.

Metropolitan Cattle Market
The Metropolitan Cattle Market (later Caledonian Market), just off the Caledonian Road in what is now the Borough of Islington, was built by the City of London Corporation and was opened in June 1855 by Prince Albert. The market was supplementary to the meat market at Smithfield and was established to remove the difficulty of managing live cattle at that latter site.

Lower Holloway is a district in the London Borough of Islington, London. The name has fallen out of common use and the area is now generally regarded as being a part of Holloway. Market Estate
Market Estate is a public housing estate consisting of 271 flats and maisonettes situated to the north of Caledonian Park in the London Borough of Islington. It is named after the Metropolitan Cattle Market held in the area for many years up until the 1960s. Three of the six blocks that make up the estate are named after famous breeds of the animals that used to be traded in the market; Tamworth (pigs), Kerry (cows) and Southdown (sheep).
Copenhagen House Grounds
Copenhagen House Grounds in Islington, London also known as the 'Old Cope' was opened 24 September 1850 and was the leading venue for professional athletics until it closed in December 1853 after severe storm damage. Initially consisting of a 200 yard straight, an oval gravel track was added, opening on 17 March 1851, thought to be one third of a mile in length, enclosing a cricket pitch. One of the first world records for the mile was set there; Charles Westhall in 4:28 on 26 July 1852.

Nambucca (venue)
Nambucca is a live music venue in Holloway Road in London. Since being rebuilt following a fire it now houses 2 rooms, a front bar area and a rear venue. It is popular with up-and-coming bands and hosts nightly music nights. The Holloways were formed at Nambucca and despite moving onto bigger venues, still return to gig there. Nambucca burned down overnight on December 17th 2008 and reopened December 3rd 2010 with the official opening night on December 17th 2010, 2 years to the day of the fire.
Tollington (ward)
Tollington Ward is one of sixteen electoral divisions of the London Borough of Islington and is one of the eight that make up the Islington North constituency. It is the only other place in the historic parish of Islington mentioned in the Domesday Book (in the old form Tolentone) as a separate manor.
Andover Estate
The Andover Estate, in Holloway, North London, is a large sprawling Islington London Borough Council housing estate which is flanked by Hornsey Road (west), Seven Sisters Road (south), Durham Road (east) and Birnam Road (north). It falls into the N7 postcode district of London. The older part of the estate along Andover Road was built in the 1950s and is known among residents as "the old flats".
Freightliners City Farm
Freightliners City Farm is an urban farm located in Lower Holloway in the London Borough of Islington. It is the only urban farm in the borough, and one of the few open spaces in the area. The City Farm movement provides opportunities for young people in an urban environment to see and interact with creatures they would not otherwise see. Freightliners is a community-organised charity, receiving funding both from the council and donations.
Caledonian Road, London
The Caledonian Road runs about a mile and a half north-south through the London Borough of Islington. It connects North London, starting at Camden Road near the junction with Holloway Road, and central London's Pentonville Road in the south. It is often known colloquially as the "Cally" and forms the entirety of the A5203. The street is mostly residential from Camden Road until Caledonian Road tube station.

St Paul's Church, Camden Square
St Paul's Church is a church dedicated to Paul the Apostle on Camden Square in Camden, north London. It is called St Paul's because the estate was owned originally by the canons of St Paul’s Cathedral. It was built in 1849 to designs by Frederick W. Ordish and John Johnson. The builder, John Kelk (later knighted) built the Albert Memorial.
Camden Square
Camden Square is a rectangular town square in the London Borough of Camden running parallel to Camden Road north of central Camden. Amy Winehouse and Orlando Jewitt both lived and died on the square, and one of its houses once housed the West African Students' Union. It now has a playground and dog walking area, and St Paul's Church is at the north end. It has a perimeter of 200 metres . At the south end is the London Irish Centre.
Royal Northern Hospital
The Royal Northern Hospital was a general hospital on Holloway Road, London N7, near Tollington Way. It had inpatient, outpatient, accident and emergency facilities and was also a centre for postgraduate education. Originally located at King's Cross, it began as an independent and voluntary hospital. The hospital moved to Holloway Road in 1888 and received a Royal Charter in 1921. The casualty department was built using public subscription.
Holloway and Caledonian Road railway station
Holloway & Caledonian Road railway station was a station opened in 1852 by the Great Northern Railway in Holloway as the first station north of King's Cross when that station opened to replace the temporary terminus at Maiden Lane. As many other inner London stations it suffered from later public transport developments, here particularly the tram and the underground Great Northern, Piccadilly and Brompton Railway which opened its adjacent Holloway Road station in 1906.
Cattle Market Ground
Cattle Market Ground was a cricket ground in Islington, London. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1863, when Middlesex Clubs played a United England Eleven. In 1864, the ground held its first first-class match when Middlesex played Sussex. From 1864 to 1868, the ground played host to 16 first-class matches involving Middlesex, the last of which saw them play Surrey.
St Luke's Church, Oseney Crescent
St Luke's Church, Oseney Crescent, Kentish Town, was a redundant Anglican church in the parish of Camden Town, London, under the care of the Churches Conservation Trust until April 15 2011. At that time a pastoral measure was passed naming Revd Jonathan March as the new parish priest. Renovation work by HTB was completed in January 2012 and services have recommenced as of 29th January 2012 The church has been designated by English Heritage as a Grade II* listed building,
Whittington Park
Whittington Park is a public park in Upper Holloway, North London. Like the nearby Whittington Hospital, it is named after Dick Whittington, and a large topiary cat, in reference to Whittington's legendary pet, stands at the Holloway Road entrance. Amenities include a raised Astroturf football pitch, children's playground, and experimental garden planted as part of an RSPB initiative to investigate the preferred habitat of house sparrows.
