Woodchester is a Gloucestershire village in the Nailsworth (or Woodchester) Valley, a valley in the South Cotswolds in England, running southwards from Stroud along the A46 road to Nailsworth. Woodchester is approximately at the midpoint, about two miles south of Stroud. It is divided into North and South Woodchester, with a side valley between the two settlements.

Horsley is a village and civil parish near the small Cotswold town of Nailsworth. It is in Gloucestershire in the South West of England. The origins of the name Horsley are much debated, though it is thought that it originates from "Horse in a field" after the large number of horses kept in fields on its rolling hillside.

The Lawn Ground
The Lawn Ground is located in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire, England, and was, from 1890 to 2006, home to the English football club, Forest Green Rovers who currently play in the Conference National. The Lawn Ground also hosted local cup finals as well as being home to Forest Green's Ladies and youth sides. The ground was located at the top of a steep hill in the hamlet of Forest Green and had a total capacity of 5,141 people.

The New Lawn is a football stadium and home to Forest Green Rovers F.C. , a professional football club based in the town of Nailsworth in Gloucestershire. They play their football in the Conference National and previously played their home matches at The Lawn Ground. Rovers have played at the stadium since the start of the 2006-07 season.
Calcot Manor
Calcot Manor is a historic building in Calcot, 3.5 miles west on A 4135 of Tetbury, Gloucestershire, England, near the junction of the A46 and A4135 roads (National Grid Reference ST 841180 94891). The original building was established in approximately 1300 AD by Henry of Kingswood as a tithe barn annex of Kingswood Abbey. The estate was expanded to include a 16th century manor house and other buildings.
RAF Babdown Farm
RAF Babdown Farm was a Royal Air Force station near Beverston, Tetbury, Gloucestershire during World War II. Babdown was built in 1939-40 as a Relief Landing Ground for 9 FTS RAF Hullavington and was used for night flying, but by 1942 it was redeveloped to full RLG standard by laying three Sommerfeld Tracking runways. It was an RAF Flying Training Command Advanced Flying Unit part of 23 Group RAF.
Horsley Priory
Horsley Priory was a medieval monastic house in Gloucestershire, England. Goda owned an estate at Horsley, in 1066. It was granted to Troarn Abbey by Roger de Montgomery, before 1086. The original grant was said to provide for a prior, a monk, and a parish chaplain to reside at Horsley. (fn. 72) From those provisions emerged the cell called Horsley Priory. Troarn Abbey exchanged the priory with Bruton Priory for lands in Normandy in 1260. The prior of Horsley ceased to exist before 1380.
