Lanesfield
Lanesfield is a district now within the boundaries of Wolverhampton, specifically in the city council's Spring Vale ward. Lanesfield lies within the Ancient Manor of Sedgley and was a rural village for many years until the growth of the Black Country's industries. Lanesfield's name originates from the Lane family who lived where the area now stands. Originally, Lanesfield was known as Lane's Field.

Coseley railway station is located in the Coseley area of the borough of Dudley, West Midlands, England. It is situated on the Stour Valley Line branch of the West Coast Main Line. The station, and all trains serving it, are operated by London Midland.
A4037 road
The A4037 is a minor A road which links Dudley with Wednesbury. It runs parallel with the major A461 which links Dudley with Wednesbury The route starts in Dudley & runs north passed the Black Country Living Museum towards Tipton. At Tipton it passes the Pie Factory & runs on the outskirts of the town. It then takes a right turn, where the A4098 from Bilston joins the route. It then goes along the former A461 route towards Wednesbury, where it joins the A41 Black Country Route.
Manor Primary School (Bilston)
Manor Primary School is a primary school located near Woodcross, Coseley West Midlands, England within the southern limits of the city of Wolverhampton, very close to the Dudley MBC border. It stands on Ettingshall Road and mostly serves the surrounding Woodcross area. The school originally opened as a secondary school in about 1930, when it was known as The Manor School, when the area was within Coseley Urban District.
Tipton Five Ways railway station
Tipton Five Ways railway station was a station built by the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway, serving the town of Tipton in the western section on the border with Coseley for 88 years from April 1854. The 'Five Ways' tag was only added in 1950 - to avoid confusion with Tipton Owen Street. It was situated on the Oxford-Worcester-Wolverhampton Line. The station eventually closed in 1962, though the line remained open until 22 September 1968.
Princes End and Coseley railway station
Princes End and Coseley railway station was a station built by the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway in 1853. It was one of two stations in Princes End, but was situated closer to Coseley, which influenced the decision in 1936 to add the 'and Coseley' tag on the end of the station name. It was situated on the Oxford-Worcester-Wolverhampton Line.
Daisy Bank railway station
Daisy Bank railway station was a station built by the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway in 1854 as Daisy Bank & Bradley station. It was situated on the Oxford-Worcester-Wolverhampton Line. The station closed in 1916 as a wartime economy measure before reopening in 1919, and closed permanently in 1962, though goods trains continued to pass through the site until the line closed completely on 22 September 1968.
Bilston West railway station
Bilston West railway station was a station built by the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway in 1854. It was situated on the Oxford-Worcester-Wolverhampton Line. The station eventually closed in 1962. BCN Main Line
The BCN Main Line, or Birmingham Canal Navigations Main Line describes the evolving route of the Birmingham Canal between Birmingham and Wolverhampton in England. The name Main Line was used to distinguish the main Birmingham to Wolverhampton route from the many other canals and branches built or acquired by the Birmingham Canal Navigations company.
Mons Hill
Mons Hill is a hill situated in Dudley, West Midlands of England. It is a wooded hill which straddles the border of Dudley and Sedgley, standing to the north of the much more famous Wren's Nest hill. It was originally situated within the borders of Sedgley (then in the county of Staffordshire), but to allow the development of nearby land as the Priory Estate in 1926 the borders were altered and the hill has since been within the boundaries of Dudley.
Battle of Tipton Green
The Battle of Tipton Green was an engagement in the First English Civil War in the area of Tipton Green, about one mile from Dudley Castle. The battle occurred in 1644, when Royalist troops arrived from Worcester to break Lord Denbigh's siege of the castle. The battle resulted in a Royalist victory. It is commemorated by a plaque on Malthouse Stables, a building that occupies part of the area on which the battle occurred.
