Plymtree
Plymtree is a small village near Cullompton in Devon, England. It has a population of approximately 600. The village has a public house called The Blacksmith Arms which is featured in 2006 Good Beer Guide and a Church of England primary school. There is a small village shop and post office which is open during the week and is used by the village community, as is the village hall, playground and recreation field. The yearly country fayre is held on the August Bank Holiday.
Willand
Willand is a village in Mid-Devon, England, within the Mid-Devon local authority area. It is about 19 km north of Exeter and (1.5 miles) north of Cullompton. In 1991 the population was 3750 although recently this has grown considerably. The National Grid reference for the centre of the area is ST037110. Willand has probably had a settlement since the Iron Age but is first recorded in 1042 as having "belonged to Ethmar". It historically formed part of the Halberton Hundred.

Hillersdon House is a Victorian manor house overlooking Cullompton in Devon, England. It was designed by the notable theatre architect Samuel Beazley. Building work took place from 1848–1852, and it is a Grade II* listed building. It is built of red brick with Portland stone dressing and a hipped slate roof. It is a two-storey building arranged around a central hall. The estate was purchased in the late 1840s by W.C.
