Long Meadow is a small hamlet, twinned but physically separate from the neighbouring village of Lode and part of the same village parish. Lode is 1/2 mile to the west of Long Meadow. The Church of St Cyriac and St Julitta, Swaffham Prior, is a redundant Anglican church in the village of Swaffham Prior, Cambridgeshire, England.
