Dorney Lake
Dorney Lake (also known as Eton College Rowing Centre, and as Eton Dorney as a 2012 Summer Olympics venue) is a purpose-built rowing lake in England. It is near the village of Dorney, Buckinghamshire, and is around 3 km (2 miles) west of Windsor and Eton, close to the River Thames. The lake is privately owned and financed by Eton College, which spent £17 million developing it.
Bray Studios (UK)
Bray Studios is a film and television facility at Bray, near Maidenhead, Berkshire, England. The model and miniature filming for the film Alien was shot there, as well as The Rocky Horror Picture Show. It is best known for its association with Hammer Film Productions and contains four stages, plus offices and workshops. Hammer originally leased country houses in which to shoot films, until the company eventually purchased Down Place on the banks of the Thames near Bray.

Water Oakley is a hamlet on the River Thames in the civil parish of Bray in the English county of Berkshire. It is the location of both Bray Studios and the Oakley Court Hotel. It first appeared on maps around 1800. However, the name 'Oakley' is derived from the Old English ac-leah which translates as 'a clearing in an oak wood'. Local folklore suggests a Saxon church there was demolished around 1293 to build St Michael's Church in Bray.

Burnham Abbey was founded as a house of Augustinian nuns in 1266 by Richard, 1st Earl of Cornwall, King of the Romans, who presented the community with the surrounding lands and the parish church of Burnham in Buckinghamshire. The community consisted of around twenty nuns at the outset, but was never especially wealthy and by the time of the dissolution there were only ten.
Huntercombe, Slough
Huntercombe is an area of Cippenham in Slough in the English county of Berkshire. It adjoins Burnham in Buckinghamshire. The district is well-known to residents of Slough and Burnham, but is usually not listed on maps of the area. The area includes the public house Huntercombe Arms, latterly called the Three Lions but currently closed, which is situated on the Huntercombe Roundabout which leads to the Huntercombe Spur, a dual carriageway to J7 on the M4 Motorway.

The club was founded in 1821 and formally established in 1851. The club, which serves Windsor, Slough and Eton is an open rowing club for men, women, adults, juniors and veterans. It is affiliated to British Rowing. The club's colours are navy, amber and white.

St Mary Magdalene's Church, Boveney, is a redundant Anglican church standing close to the river on the north bank of the Thames, near the village of Boveney, Buckinghamshire, England. It is about 3 kilometres to the west of Eton College. The church has been designated by English Heritage as a Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Friends of Friendless Churches.
