Dean Court
Dean Court is a stadium in Bournemouth, England. Primarily used for football, it is the home of League One team A.F.C. Bournemouth. Formerly known as the Fitness First Stadium, in July 2011 the stadium was renamed the Seward Stadium after the naming rights were sold to the Seward Motor Group. Following Seward entering administration in February 2012, the ground was subsequently renamed the Goldsands stadium in a 2 year deal.

Blackwater, Dorset is a small hamlet in the borough of Christchurch, Dorset, in southern England. It is best known for the grade separated road junction between the A338 Ringwood to Bournemouth road and the B3073 road to Bournemouth Airport (and to Christchurch in the opposite direction). It was once the site of a ferry crossing on the River Stour.
Christchurch Castle

The castle's site is inside the old Saxon Burh dominating the River Avon's lowest crossing. O2 Academy Bournemouth
O2 Academy Bournemouth is a live entertainment venue in Bournemouth, Dorset, England. It is a grade-II listed building. The building was originally the Boscombe Grand Theatre, opening on 17 May 1895. Then in 1902 it became a music hall called Boscombe Hippodrome. In the 60s the building then became used as a music venue called Starkers Royal Arcade Ballrooms, which was visited by acts such as Pink Floyd, Status Quo, Led Zeppelin, Thin Lizzy, Hawkwind, The Faces and David Bowie.

Tucktonia was a late 1970s theme park located on Stour Road, Christchurch, Dorset, England. It was officially opened on 23 May 1976 by Arthur Askey. It originally occupied 4 acres of the 21-acre Tuckton Park Leisure Complex. The park was closed down in 1986, having become run-down and neglected. The site has since been redeveloped for residential use.
RAF Hurn
For the civil use of this facility after 1944, see Bournemouth Airport RAF Hurn is a former World War II airfield in Dorset, England. The airfield is located approximately 4 miles north east of Christchurch; about 90 miles southwest of London Opened in 1941, it was used by both the Royal Air Force and United States Army Air Forces. During the war it was used primarily as a transport and fighter airfield. Since 1969, it has been called Bournemouth Airport, although some still refer to it as Hurn.
Boscombe railway station
Boscombe railway station was a station in Bournemouth, now in the county of Dorset, England. It was opened in 1897 at which time the previous station with the name was renamed Pokesdown. The station served the Royal Victoria Hospital and the centre of Boscombe around the Royal Arcade. It was also the closest station to Dean Court, the home of the football club known during the station's life as Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic FC.

Hurn was a railway station in the county of Hampshire, opened on 13 November 1862 by the Ringwood, Christchurch and Bournemouth Railway. Becoming part of the London and South Western Railway, it was taken into the Southern Railway in the grouping of 1923 and closed on 30 September 1935.

The Bournemouth Aviation Museum is an aviation museum located next to Bournemouth International Airport, near the village of Hurn in Christchurch. It houses a number of aircraft, aero engines, cockpits and a double-decker bus. Unusually for such a museum, its policy is to have open cockpits and visitors are encouraged to climb into the cockpits and press knobs, turn dials, pull levers, flick switches, etc. Cockpits open in this manner include the Vulcan, Lightning and Canberra.

Christchurch original railway station
Christchurch was a railway station in Christchurch in the county of Hampshire. It was opened on 13 November 1862 by the Ringwood, Christchurch and Bournemouth Railway. Becoming part of the London and South Western Railway, it was closed on 13 May 1886, and replaced by the current Christchurch railway station located to the west of the newly created junction with the rail route to Hinton Admiral, New Milton, Sway and Brockenhurst. In 1935 the line from Christchurch to Ringwood was closed.

Bournemouth East original railway station
Bournemouth East was the first railway station to be built in Bournemouth, England. Completed on 14 March 1870, it was sited at the south-east side of the Holdenhurst Road bridge, opposite the current station, at the end of an extension of an existing branch from Ringwood to Christchurch which had originally opened on 13 November 1862. The facilities offered by this station were very basic and not befitting a wealthy town which by 1871 had reached 5,900 inhabitants.
