Dubai
Dubai is a city in the United Arab Emirates, located within the emirate of the same name. The emirate of Dubai is located southeast of the Persian Gulf on the Arabian Peninsula and is one of the seven emirates that make up the country. It has the largest population in the UAE (2,106,177) and the second-largest land territory by area (4,114 km2) after Abu Dhabi.

Deira is an area in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates bordered by the Persian Gulf, Sharjah and Dubai Creek. Historically, it has been the commercial center of Dubai, but has been losing its importance during the past few years due to recent development along E 11 road (Sheikh Zayed Road) and areas further down the coast toward Abu Dhabi. Port Saeed is a small port along Deira's shore of Dubai Creek. Port Saeed holds some of the dhow cruises and small shipping boats in Dubai.
Dubai Creek
Dubai Creek or Khor Dubai is a saltwater creek located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It ends at Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Some sources say that the creek extended as far inland as Al Ain, and that the Ancient Greeks called it River Zara. Historically, the creek divided the city into two main sections – Deira and Bur Dubai. It was along the Bur Dubai creek area that members of the Bani Yas tribe first settled in the 19th century, establishing the Al Maktoum dynasty in the city.
Etisalat Tower 1
The Etisalat Tower 1 (known as Etisalat Tower until Etisalat Tower 2 began construction) is a 17-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 100 m (328 ft). Upon completion in 1992, Etisalat Tower was the fourth-tallest building in Dubai. The building houses Etisalat's Dubai head office.

Hor Al Anz is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The locality is situated in east Dubai, in the area of Deira. Hor Al Anz is bounded by routes D 82 (Abu Baker Al Siddique Road), E 11 (Al Ittihad Road), D 82 (Al Rasheed Road) and Baghdad Street and is subdivided into Hor Al Anz and Hor Al Anz East. With a population of 40,302 (2000), Hor Al Anz is one of the most populated residential areas in Dubai.

Al Muraqqabat, sometimes spelled Al Muraqabat, is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in the heart of eastern Dubai in Deira, Al Muraqqabat is bordered by the localities of Al Rigga, Al Muteena and Al Khabisi. Although a predominantly residential area, Al Muraqqabat also has many shopping malls, hotels and restaurants. As a residential area, Al Muraqqabat has the third-highest population density in the city of Dubai.

Al Rigga or Al Riqqa is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in the heart of eastern Dubai in Deira, Al Rigga is a residential and commercial centre. Al Rigga is bordered by Rigga Al Buteen, Port Saeed, Al Muraqqabat and Naif and bounded to the south by Dubai Creek. Al Rigga is bounded in the west by route D 88 (Omar bin Khattab Road) and to the east by route D 78 (Abu Baker Al Siddque Road).
Rigga Al Buteen
Rigga Al Buteen or Riqqa Al Buteen is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in eastern Dubai along Dubai Creek in Deira, Rigga Al Buteen is a small community that houses many prominent landmarks. It has a small residential area, but is primarily known for its important government and municipal buildings. Rigga Al Buteen is bordered to the north by Al Rigga and to the south by Dubai Creek. Port Saeed is located east of Rigga Al Buteen.

Al Muteena is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located in eastern Dubai, in the heart of Deira. Al Muteena is bordered in the north by Al Baraha, in the south by Al Muraqqabat, in the west by Naif and in the east by Hor Al Anz. The routes D 80 (Al Maktoum Road), D 88 (Omar bin Khattam Road), D 78 (Abu Baker Al Siddique Road) and D 82 (Al Rasheed Road) form a periphery around the locality. Al Muteena Street (14th Street) divides Al Muteena into roughly equal subcommunities.

Al Baraha is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The community is residential and borders the Deira Corniche on the north and Al Muteena on the south. Routes D 92 (Al Khaleej Road) and D 82 (Al Rasheed Road) form the northern and southern peripheries of Al Baraha. The residential section of Al Baraha consists of local lanes that are numbered even, if they run east-west, or odd, if they run north-south.

Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is currently used mostly for football matches and serves as the home stadium of Al Shabab Al Arabi Club of the UAE Pro-League. The stadium holds 18,000 spectators.
