Business Bay Crossing
The 13 lane Business Bay Crossing is one of the most recent bridges across Dubai Creek and was opened to traffic in June 2007. Six lanes travel from Deira to Bur Dubai while seven go from Bur Dubai to Deira. The Business Bay Crossing is located some 1.5 km South of Al Garhoud Bridge near Dubai Festival City and provides a new road corridor to motorists travelling between Bur Dubai and Deira and to Sharjah, in addition to Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Wafi City
Wafi City is a mixed-use development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The complex includes a mall, hotel, restaurants, residences, and a nightclub. The "city" is styled after Ancient Egypt. This themed environment includes columns reminiscent of Karnak, small pyramids, and images of pharaohs. All the walls are the color of the light brown stone that can be found on all structures in Ancient Egypt.
Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Crossing
Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Crossing, also known as Sixth Crossing, is a future bridge in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If completed, it will become the world's longest arch bridge, with a main span 667 metres long. The bridge's overall length will be 1.6 kilometres . The bridge will be 64 metres wide and will rise 15 metres above the water. The bridge, designed by FXFOWLE Architects, will cost AED 2.5 billion. It will a part of a AED 3 billion roads project near The Lagoons.

Deira City Centre is a large shopping mall in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Located in the community of Deira, Deira City Centre was the largest mall in Dubai prior to the establishment of Ibn Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates and The Dubai Mall. Deira City Centre was established in 1996, is spread across 1,300,000 square feet and includes a Carrefour superstore and it used to have an Ikea outlet before it moved to a bigger premises at the Festival Waterfront Centre.
Al Rashidiya
Al Rashidiya is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Rashidiya is located south of Dubai International Airport in Deira, the eastern region of Dubai. The locality is bounded to the north by route D 89 (Al Khawaneej Road), the west by route D 62 (Nad Al Hammar Road) and the east by route E 311 (Emirates Road). A local street, "201 Road", separates Al Rashidiya from the locality of Nad Al Shamma.

Nad Al Hammar is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Nad Al Hammar is a small, residential and industrial community located east of Dubai Creek. It is bordered to the west by Ras Al Khor, the south by Ras Al Khor Industrial Areas, the east by Al Warqaa and the north by Nad Al Shamma. The routes E 311 (Emirates Road) and E 44 (Ras Al Khor Road) form the eastern and souther peripheries of Nad Al Hammar.
Nad Shamma
Nad Shamma or Nad Al Shamma is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located south of Dubai International Airport and was originally part of the locality of Al Rashidiya. Nad Shamma is bordered to the south by Nad Al Hammar, to the east by Umm Ramool, to the west by Mirdif and to the north by Al Rashidiya. Route E 311 (Emirates Road) forms the eastern periphery of the locality. Nad Shamma is a developing area and is largely residential. It houses several villas and town houses.
