Business Bay Crossing
The 13 lane Business Bay Crossing is one of the most recent bridges across Dubai Creek and was opened to traffic in June 2007. The Business Bay Crossing is located some 1.5 km South of Al Garhoud Bridge near Dubai Festival City and provides a new road corridor to motorists travelling between Bur Dubai and Deira and to Sharjah, in addition to Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Al Rashidiya

Al Twar is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in eastern Dubai in Deira, Al Twar borders Dubai International Airport to the south, Al Qusais to the north, Hor Al Anz to the west and Muhaisnah to the east. It is bounded to the north and south by routes D 93 (Al Nahda Road) and D 91 (Abu Hail Road) respectively. Al Twar contains three sub-communities: Al Twar 1 Al Twar 2 Al Twar 3 Al Twar is predominantly a residential community.

Muhaisnah is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Nahda, Dubai
Al Nahda is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in eastern Dubai in Deira, Al Nahda forms part of Dubai's eastern border with the emirate of Sharjah. Portions of Al Nahda that flow north into the emirate of Sharjah fall within that emirate's jurisdiction. Al Nahda, literally meaning The Awakening, is bordered to the south and east by Al Qusais, and to the west by Al Mamzar.
Nad Shamma
Nad Shamma or Nad Al Shamma is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located south of Dubai International Airport and was originally part of the locality of Al Rashidiya. Nad Shamma is bordered to the south by Nad Al Hammar, to the east by Umm Ramool, to the west by Mirdif and to the north by Al Rashidiya. Route E 311 (Emirates Road) forms the eastern periphery of the locality. Nad Shamma is a developing area and is largely residential. It houses several villas and town houses.

Umm Ramool is located in Deira in eastern Dubai and is bordered to the north by Dubai International Airport, to the east by Nad Shamma, to the west by Al Garhoud and to the south by Ras Al Khor. Umm Ramool is a residential and commercial community. Umm Ramool is one of the oldest industrial area in Dubai.
