Wat Phra Kaew
The Wat Phra Kaew is regarded as the most sacred Buddhist temple in Thailand. It is a "potent religio-political symbol and the palladium [safeguard safeguard] of Thai society". It is located in the historic centre of Bangkok, within the precincts of the Grand Palace. The main building is the central ubosoth, which houses the statue of Emerald Buddha.
Grand Palace
The Grand Palace is a complex of buildings at the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. The palace has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam (and later Thailand) since 1782. The king, his court and his royal government were based on the grounds of the palace until 1925. The present monarch, King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX), currently resides at Chitralada Palace, but the Grand Palace is still used for official events.
Silpakorn University
Silpakorn University is a well-known public university in Thailand. The university was founded in Bangkok in 1943 by Italian-born art professor Corrado Feroci, who took the Thai name Silpa Bhirasri when he became a Thai citizen. It is the leading Thai university in the fine arts and archaeology and now includes many other faculties as well. It has about 28,000 students.
Thammasat University
Thammasat University, or in brief TU, is the second oldest institute of higher education. Officially established to be the national university of Thailand on 27 June 1934, the university was originally named by founder Pridi Banomyong, The University of Moral and Political Sciences, reflecting the political fervor of Thailand. It started as an open university, with 7,094 students enrolled in its first academic year studying law and politics.
Khaosan Road
Khaosan Road or Khao Sarn Road is a short street in central Bangkok, Thailand. It is located in the Banglamphu area of about 1 km north of the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew. "Khaosan" translates as "milled rice", a reminder that in former times the street was a major Bangkok rice market. In the last 20 years, however, Khaosan Road has developed into a world famous "backpacker ghetto".

Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University is the oldest and largest Medical School and oldest of any kind of university faculty in Thailand. The faculty is now part of Mahidol University. Founded in 1889, the faculty was run in coorporation with Siriraj Hospital, the first public hospital in Thailand, which provided the students the clinical experiences. The faculty's campus and hospital is in the Bangkok Noi district, Bangkok on the former Rear Palace[วังหลัง วังหลัง].

The Phra Pin-klao Bridge is a bridge over the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, in Thailand near the Grand Palace. It is named after Pinklao, vice-king of Siam 1851-66. The bridge was opened on September 24, 1973.
Wat Bowonniwet Vihara
Wat Bowonniwet Vihara Rajavaravihara is a major Buddhist temple in Phra Nakhon district, Bangkok, Thailand. The temple is a center of the Thammayut Nikaya school of Thai Theravada Buddhism and has been a major temple of patronage for the Chakri dynasty. It is the shrine-hall of Phra Phutthachinasi (พระพุทธชินสีห์) which was moulded in about 1357. It is where many royal princes studied and served their monkhood, including king Bhumibol.

Founded in 1893 as an educational institute for monks, by King Chulalongkorn in remembrance of his late father King Mongkut. Rama VIII Bridge
The Rama VIII Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge crossing the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. It was conceived to alleviate traffic congestion on the nearby Phra Pinklao Bridge. Construction of the bridge took place from 1999 to 2002. The bridge was opened on 7 May 2002 and inaugurated on 20 September, which is the birth anniversary of the late King Ananda Mahidol (Rama VIII), after whom it is named.
Tha Phrachan
Tha Prachan is a pier on the historic Rattanakosin Island, Bangkok, on the eastern bank of the Chao Phraya River, in Phra Nakhon District. The pier is located beside Thammasat University's campus of the same name. Tha Phrachan literally means "moon pier" (tha = pier, phra chan = moon). More broadly, the name can also refer to the area around the pier and the university.

Wat Intharawihan
Wat Intharawihan or Wat Intharavihan is a wat located in the Nakhon District of Bangkok, Thailand. It was built at the beginning of the Ayutthaya period and was originally called Wat Rai Phrik. One of the main features is a 32-metre high, 10-meter wide standing Buddha referred to as Luang Pho To or "Phra Si Ariyamettrai". It took over 60 years to complete and is decorated in glass mosaics and 24-carat gold. The topknot of the Buddha image contains a relic of Lord Buddha brought from Sri Lanka.
