Chang-Gu World Trade Center
The Chang-Gu World Trade Center, also known as Grand 50 Tower, is a 222 meters (728 ft) tall skyscraper in Sanmin District of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It was completed in 1992 and was designed by C.Y. Lee & Partners. It has 50 floors, the first building in Taiwan to have 50 floors or over, note the alternative name. After its completion in 1992, the Chang-Gu World Trade Center became the tallest building in Taiwan.
Chungcheng Stadium
Chungcheng Stadium (中正運動場) is a multi-use stadium in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium is able to hold 30,000 people and was opened in 1986. On October 20 1996, Michael Jackson made a stop at the stadium for his HIStory World Tour playing to a sell out crowd of 35,000 fans.

It is currently used mostly for football matches and serves as the home venue of Taipower. The stadium is able to hold 18,000 people and was opened in 1976.

The campus of the school is enclosed by National Kaohsiung Normal University. At the present, NKNUASHS is one of the top high schools of Kaohsiung City.

Kaohsiung Station (高雄車站) is a railway station located in Sanmin District of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Republic of China, which serves the Taiwan Railway Administration Western Line, Pingtung Line, Kaohsiung Harbor Line and the Kaohsiung MRT Red Line. There is a plan to extend Taiwan High Speed Rail from New Zuoying Station to this station.
