Ibaizabal
The river Ibaizabal (wide river in Basque) drains southeastern Biscay to the Estuary of Bilbao. It is 43 km long from its source at Elorrio to the Nervion, and it passes by the towns of Durango and Amorebieta and joins the Nervion river at Basauri. Both rivers run then together for a short length until they merge with the sea at Bilbao. It's disputed which river is the one that actually reaches Bilbao.
Basauri
Basauri is a major municipality of Biscay, in the Basque Country, an Autonomous Community in northern Spain. The town is a part of the Greater Bilbao conurbation, being only a few kilometers south of Bilbao. It is an industrial town that also includes monuments such as the tower-house of Ariz. It holds the only prison in the province, located where the rivers Nervión and Ibaizabal meet. The municipality has 41,971 inhabitants (2012).
Bolueta Station
Bolueta station, commonly known simply as Bolueta is a railway station serving the commuter rail and regional rail services of EuskoTren and also the rapid transit system Metro Bilbao. It is located in the neighborhood of Bolueta and district of Begoña, south-eastern Bilbao. In total, five different lines transit the station; three of EuskoTren and two of Metro Bilbao. EuskoTren lines to San Sebastián, Ermua and Bermeo, and Metro Bilbao lines 1 and 2.
Etxebarri (Metro Bilbao)
Etxebarri is a station of the Line 1 and Line 2 of Metro Bilbao. It is the southeastern terminus of line 1. The station before is Bolueta, while the station after, and terminus station of both lines, is Ariz. Etxebarri station is located in the municipality of Etxebarri, in the Greater Bilbao area. It was the terminus station for both lines until Ariz station was opened in 2011. It can be accessed from Fuenlabrada Street and has a park and ride parking.

Ariz is a station of the Line 2 of Metro Bilbao. The station before is Etxebarri and the station after is Basauri, which is the terminus station. Ariz station is located in the municipality of Basauri, in the Greater Bilbao area. It is one of the two stations located in this municipality, being the other one Basauri. It is an underground station and ita fare zone is B0.

Basauri is the south-eastern terminus of Line 2 of Metro Bilbao. The station before is Ariz. Basauri station is located in the municipality of the same name, in the Greater Bilbao area.
