Palma Nova
Palma Nova is a town on the Spanish Balearic island of Majorca, in the municipality of Calvià. Palma Nova was one of the first purpose-built tourist destinations on the island, catering for all tastes. The town is frequented by a range of socio-economic groups due to the proximity with both the city of Palma and the resort of Magaluf. With the advent of low cost airlines and package holidays, Palma Nova has grown to become a major holiday destination for Europeans.
Isla de sa Porrassa
Isla de sa Porrassa (also called Isla de la Porrasa, or 'Black Lizard Island') is located in the bay of the holiday resort Magaluf, Majorca, Spain. Measuring over 400 meters across at its widest point, the island is a feature at the heart of Magaluf Bay. It is 118 ft above sea level. The island is uninhabited, but visited during the summer season by many holidaymakers, either swimming or on personal water craft from Magaluf beach.
2009 Palma Nova bombing
The 2009 Palma Nova bombing occurred on July 30, 2009 when a limpet bomb went off outside a Civil Guard barracks in the town of Palma Nova, Majorca, Spain. The bomb was placed under a patrol car and two Civil Guard officers died as a result of the explosion. A second device was found under another Civil Guard vehicle at nearby barracks and safely exploded by police.
Galatzó
Galatzó is a settlement in the municipality of Calvià on the island of Majorca, part of the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. It is located in Pillo and neighbors Santa Ponsa, Paguera, and Son Ferrer. Construction began in the late 1970s. It was a project of the cooperative Pablo Iglesias who took the initiative for social housing in the municipality. It has schools, a sports hall, a bowling club, and other forms of entertainment.

Portals Nous is a neighborhood in the municipality of Calvià on the island of Majorca, part of the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. It includes the residential neighborhood of Bendinat, and it is adjacent to El Toro to the west, La Porrassa the east, Son Ferrer north, and the sea to the south. It had its start in the 1930s, and now has a population of approximately 2,650 residents.

La Porrassa is a small farm town in the municipality of Calvià on the island of Majorca, part of the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. It is adjacent to Son Ferrer to the west and Magaluf on the south. The municipality's promenade, the Paseo Calvia, winds through La Porrassa. It has a population of approximately 128 inhabitants.
Bendinat
Bendinat is a seaside village in the municipality of Calvià on the west coast of the island of Majorca, part of the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. It is located at the foot of the Serra de Na Burguesa. Much of Bendinat is a residential area, and it is situated next to the town of Portals Nous. Its major thoroughfare is the county road C-719. The population is approximately 521. There are two main theories surrounding Bendinat's naming origin.

Palma Nova Beach is seven kilometers (4.3 mi) from Calvià, situated between Punta Nadala and es Carregador, on the Spanish Balearic island of Majorca. Besides Palmanova beach, other names by which the beach is known include "Playa de Palma Nova", and "Platja de Palma Nova". The Palma Nova sea front has three beaches: Torrenova, Es Carregador, and Palma Nova.
