Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport
Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (Slovene: Letališče Jožeta Pučnika Ljubljana), also known by its previous name Brnik Airport, is the international airport of Ljubljana, Slovenia. The airport is located near the village of Brnik, 19 km north of Ljubljana and 11 km south of Kranj on the road between Kranj and Mengeš. It has a 3,300 m × 45 m ( ft × ft) paved runway. The airport was opened on December 24, 1963.
Strmol Castle
Strmol Castle is a castle located at the foot of Dvorjanski hrib ("Mansion Hill") near the villages of Češnjevek, Grad and Dvorje, in the municipality of Cerklje na Gorenjskem, Slovenia. Named after its builders, the Strmol family, it is notable as one of the few castles in Slovenia to retain a Slovene name throughout its history. It is currently a guesthouse and conference site for the government of the Republic of Slovenia.
