Yishun New Town
Yishun New Town is a housing estate in the north of Singapore. The Lower Seletar Reservoir is found there. Shopping centres in Yishun include Northpoint Shopping Centre, which is situated next to Yishun MRT Station (NS13) and Yishun Bus Interchange. Yishun MRT Station
Yishun MRT Station (NS13) is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit station in Singapore. It is the northernmost of two stations serving Yishun New Town and is part of the North South Line. The station used to be the terminus of the line between 1988 and 1996 until the North South Line Woodlands Extension was completed and opened on 11 February 1996. But currently, certain train services would terminate at this station for short trips and during peak hours.

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital
Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is a 550-bed hospital located at Yishun in Singapore. The hospital was officially opened by Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew on 15 November 2010, but began seeing outpatients and day surgery patients on 28 March 2010. Spanning over 3.5 hectares in the Yishun Central Area overlooking the scenic Yishun Pond. The hospital offers an extensive range of medical services and healthcare options for residents living in the north.
Chong Pang Camp
Chong Pang Camp is located in the North of Singapore, next to Sembawang Air Base and opposite Chong Pang City in Yishun New Town. The camp is operated by the Republic of Singapore Air Force. It was opened in the year 2002. The camp houses elements from Air Defence Operations Command and Participation Command (3DA, 6/9 DA and 18 DA Battalions). The camp was originally known as the Air Defence Systems Division (ADSD) complex. There still exists a road sign along Sembawang Road with this name.
Sembawang Hot Spring
The Sembawang Hot Spring, located at Gambas Avenue between Woodlands Avenue 12 and Sembawang Road, is the only natural hot spring on the main island of Singapore. It lies in a wooded area about 100 metres off the main road. The spring is believed by locals to have healing properties, and its water has been bottled commercially by Fraser and Neave, under the brand name of Seletaris.
