Saint Helena
Saint Helena, named after Saint Helena of Constantinople, is an island of volcanic origin in the South Atlantic Ocean. It is part of the British overseas territory of Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, which also includes Ascension Island and the islands of Tristan da Cunha. Saint Helena measures about 16 by 8 kilometres (by mi) and has a population of 4,255 (2008 census). The island was uninhabited when discovered by the Portuguese in 1502.
Half Tree Hollow
Half Tree Hollow is the "suburb" of Jamestown, Saint Helena, a British island in the South Atlantic. The village is built at the top of Jacob's Ladder, a hillside stairway connecting it with Jamestown. The village was built because of the lack of adequate space in Jamestown and because of its geology. Today, Half Tree Hollow actually has a population that is greater than that of Jamestown. In 2008 it had a population of 901, compared to a population of 1,140 in 1998.
Saint FM
Saint FM was a radio station serving the island of Saint Helena. The station's studios and administration offices were located at Association Hall, Main Street, Jamestown. It was the only independent radio station broadcasting on Saint Helena, and was also the island's only FM station. The station also broadcast via the Internet and was relayed by stations in Ascension Island and the Falkland Islands.
Briars, Saint Helena
For The Briars in Mount Martha, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia, see Mount Martha Briars is the name of the small pavilion in which Napoleon Bonaparte stayed for the first few weeks of his captivity on Saint Helena. The pavilion was in the garden of William Balcombe, an English merchant who became a purveyor to Napoleon. His 14 year old daughter Elizabeth Lucia ("Betsy") Balcombe was the only family member who spoke French and she became the family translator.
Saint Paul's, Saint Helena
St. Paul's is a dispersed area of settlement in the central part of the island of Saint Helena, and is a district of the island. In 2008 the district had a population of 795, compared to a population of 908 in 1998. This makes it more populous than the capital of the island, Jamestown. It is named after the Anglican St Paul's Cathedral, which is located there, and also within the district is Plantation House, the Governor's official residence.
High Knoll Fort
High Knoll Fort is a redoubt-style fort of the English East India Company on Saint Helena, an island and British overseas territory in the South Atlantic Ocean. High Knoll is 584 metres above sea level and is approximately one mile (1.6km) south of historic Lower Jamestown. Reopened on 18 December 2010, it is now a tourist attraction for visitors, especially those on the tourist ships that come in April.

Plantation House is the official residence of the Governor of Saint Helena. It is located 2 miles to the south of the capital, Jamestown, on the island of Saint Helena.
Saint Paul's Cathedral (Saint Helena)
Saint Paul's Cathedral is a cathedral church on the island of St Helena and is part of the Diocese of St Helena. It is located approximately 2 miles south of Jamestown in the district of St Paul's. It replaced "the Country Church" which existed from the early days of St Helenian colonisation in the late 17th century. Building work on the new church began in 1850, was completed in 1851 and the church became the cathedral in 1859 when the Diocese of St Helena was established.
Saint John's Church, Jamestown
Saint John's Church is a church on the island of Saint Helena and is part of the Diocese of St Helena. It is situated in the capital Jamestown, in the Upper part of town. The church was built in 1862 and is similar in design to Saint Helena's Saint Paul's Cathedral, which was built in the 1850s. It is designated as a Grade I listed building, and is one of many listed buildings (a designation for buildings of historic or architectural merit) in Jamestown.

Saint FM Community Radio is a radio station serving the island of Saint Helena. It is legally a Company registered by Guarantee in St. Helena: Saint FM Community Radio (Guarantee) Limited. It's membership comprises those of the island's population who wish to join. The station's studios and administration offices are located at Association Hall, Main Street, Jamestown.
