Moscow State University
Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russian: Московский государственный университет имени М. В. Ломоносова, Moskóvskiy gosudárstvennyy universitét ímeni M. V. Lomonósova), previously known as Lomonosov University or MSU (Russian: университет Ломоносова, Universitét Lomonósova; Russian: МГУ, MGU), is the oldest and largest university in Russia. Founded in 1755, the university was renamed in honor of its founder, Mikhail Lomonosov, in 1940.
Seven Sisters (Moscow)
The "Seven Sisters" is the English name given to a group of Moscow skyscrapers designed in the Stalinist style. Muscovites call them Vysotki or Stalinskie Vysotki, "(Stalin's) high-rises" (also Stalinist skyscrapers). They were built from 1947 to 1953, in an elaborate combination of Russian Baroque and Gothic styles, and the technology used in building American skyscrapers.
Metro-2
Metro-2 in Moscow, Russia, is the informal name for a purported secret underground metro system which parallels the public Moscow Metro. The system was supposedly built, or at least started, during the time of Joseph Stalin and was codenamed D-6 by the KGB. It is supposedly still operated by the Presidential General Directorate of Special Programmes and Ministry of Defence. The length of Metro-2 is rumored to exceed that of the public Metro.
Universitet (Moscow Metro)
Universitet, named after nearby Moscow State University, is a station on the Moscow Metro's Sokolnicheskaya Line. It opened in 1959 and features rectangular white marble pylons and tiled walls. The architects were V. Litvinov, M. Markovsky, L. Lile, and V. Dobrakovsky. The station's two round entrance vestibules (architect Ivan Taranov) are located on either side of Prospekt Vernadskogo at Lomonosovsky Prospekt.

Park Pobedy (Moscow Metro)
Park Pobedy (Russian: Парк Победы, English: Victory Park), is a Moscow Metro station in the Dorogomilovo District, Western Administrative Okrug, Moscow. It is on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line, between Slavyansky Bulvar and Kiyevskaya stations. At 84 metres underground, Park Pobedy is the deepest station in Moscow and the third deepest in the world by mean depth, after Kiev Metro's Arsenalna and Saint Petersburg Metro's Admiralteyskaya, and the very deepest station by maximum depth, 97 m.
Kutuzovskaya (Moscow Metro)
Kutuzovskaya is a Moscow Metro station. It was completed in 1958 as the first westward extension of the newly-created Filyovskaya Line, which also included the reopening of four older stations which had been closed since 1953. Kutuzovskaya was the first permanent grade-level Metro station, part of a cost-cutting experiment which was ultimately doomed by Moscow's harsh climate. Kutuzovskaya's side platforms and curving layout are both unusual features.
Poklonnaya Hill
Poklonnaya Gora (Russian: Покло́нная гора́, literally "bow-down hill"; metaphorically "Worshipful Submission Hill"') is, at 171.5 metres, one of the highest spots in Moscow. Its two summits used to be separated by the Setun River, until one of the summits was razed in 1987. Since 1936, the area has been part of Moscow and now contains the Victory Park with many tanks and other vehicles used in the Second World War on display.
Sparrow Hills
Sparrow Hills (Russian: Воробьёвы го́ры, Vorobyovy Gory), known as Lenin Hills (Ле́нинские го́ры, Leninskiye Gory) between 1935 and 1991, is a hill on the right bank of the Moskva River and one of highest points in Moscow, reaching a height of 220 m, or 60–70 m ( ) above the river level. The observation platform, which gives a good panoramic view of the city, is on a steep bank 85 m above the river, or 200 m above sea level.

Kutuzovsky Prospekt is a major radial avenue in Moscow, Russia, named after Mikhail Illarionovich Kutuzov, leader of Russian field army during the French invasion of Russia. The prospekt continues a westward path of Vozdvizhenka Street and New Arbat Street from Novoarbatsky Bridge over Moskva River to the junction with Rublyovskoye Shosse; past this point, the route changes its name to Mozhaiskoye Shosse.

Gorbushka
Gorbúshka (Russian: ТЦ "Горбушка", shopping center Gorbushka) is a marketplace for dealing in music, electronics and household equipment in Moscow, Russia. Before the year 2001 the name "Gorbushka" referred to an open-air black market for software, music, videos and electronics. The market was in the city square by the Gorbunov Palace of Culture (ДК имени Горбунова), hence the name.
Sparrow Hills (building)
Sparrow Hills or Vorobyovy Gory is an elite residential complex in Moscow. The complex located at the base of Sparrow Hills and comprises seven buildings. 1,039 apartments are located in that complex, that was completed in 2004. As of 2007, its building 2 is the 4th tallest building in Moscow and the 3rd tallest residential building in Europe, with the tallest being a fellow Muscovite, the Triumph-Palace. The complex' address is Mosfil'movskaya ulitsa, 70.

It replaced an earlier wooden structure built by the veterans of the Napoleonic Wars in 1814. The arch was built in brick and lined with ashlar. The columns and statues were of cast iron.
