Ife North is a Local Government Area in Osun State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Ipetumodu in the north of the area at{{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:7|31|00|N|4|27|00|E|region:AU_type:city_source:GNS-enwiki | |name= }}. It has an area of 889 km² and a population of 153,694 at the 2006 census. The postal code of the area is 220.

Iree is one of the major towns in the Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State. It is located on the Osogbo-Illa-Orangun road, about 30 km from Osogbo and 8 kilometers from Ikirun.
