Anglican Diocese of Auckland
The Diocese of Auckland is one of the thirteen dioceses and hui amorangi of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia. The Diocese covers the area stretching from North Cape down to the Waikato River, across the Hauraki Plains and including the Coromandel Peninsula. The Diocese of New Zealand was established in 1841, and originally covered the entire country. In 1854, it was limited (as the Diocese of Auckland) to the Auckland region only.
Holy Trinity Cathedral, Auckland
Holy Trinity Cathedral is situated in Parnell, a residential suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. The first Anglican place of worship in Auckland was Old St Paul's, at the bottom of Princes Street, but Parnell residents tired of walking about 3 km over paddocks to reach their church. The first church serving the district was dedicated to St Barnabas. Completed in 1849 it was situated near the bottom of Parnell on land which was later demolished and used for reclamation work.

Two Double Seven (officially known as Westfield 277 Newmarket) is a medium sized shopping centre with upmarket shops located at 277 Broadway, in the Newmarket suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. It features a Countdown, a nearby Farmers and about 60 speciality stores. In 2005, it had retail sales of NZ$120 million. It contains the New Zealand head offices of the Westfield Group, and another new Westfield-owned shopping development, Nuffield Street, is nearby.
Newmarket Workshops
Newmarket Workshops in Auckland was a major New Zealand Railways Department facility, one of 13 workshops nationwide. It was one of two main railway workshops of Auckland, used mainly for maintenance; the older facility at Newmarket was replaced in 1929 by Otahuhu Workshops.
Parnell Tunnel
The Parnell Tunnel is a railway tunnel under Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand. It is 344.5 metres long, and allows the Western and Southern lines coming from Newmarket Train Station to Britomart Transport Centre to pass under the Parnell Ridge before the line drops to harbour level. In fact, the Parnell Tunnel is composed of two tunnels, an older single-track tunnel and a newer double-track tunnel, though the older tunnel is closed off and has not been in use for most of the last century.
Newmarket Park
Newmarket Park is an approximately 6 ha large park in Auckland, New Zealand. It is located in the triangle between three suburbs, northeast of the Newmarket, southeast of Parnell and northwest of Remuera. It is located partially on a higher, manmade plateau, with the remainder of the park dropping steeply down towards Newmarket Stream running to Hobson Bay along the eastern edge of the park.

St Mary's Cathedral Church
St Mary's Cathedral Church, also known as St Mary's Church, is the former Cathedral Church of the Anglican Diocese of Auckland. Located in Parnell, it replaced the earlier Old St Mary's. This wooden Gothic Revival church was designed by the prominent Christchurch architect Benjamin Mountfort and completed in 1897.
