It is located in Voorburg on the Vliet canal from Den Haag to Leiden, and its formal address is 2 Westeinde, Voorburg, the Netherlands, but its location today is better known as the Voorburg railway station.
Haagse Bos
Haagse Bos is an area (wijk) and a forest in the centre of The Hague, Netherlands. It reaches from the Center of The Hague near Malieveld to the city of Wassenaar. It is also one of the oldest remaining forests of the Netherlands. During World War II, the park was used by the Germans for launching V-1 and V-2 rockets. Originally the Haagse Bos was a section of a bigger forest that stretched from 's-Gravenzande to Alkmaar. This was called Die Hout (The Woods).

The site Forum Hadriani formed the nucleus of the civitas of the Cananefates, who lived west of the Batavians. It was situated along the Fossa Corbulonis or Corbulo-canal.
The Hague University
The Hague University of Applied Sciences (Dutch: De Haagse Hogeschool) is a vocational university in The Hague, Netherlands. It was founded in 1987 as the merger of 14 educational institutions. Since, the university has increased the number of campuses, number of staff and students, and programmes offered. In 2010, there were approximately 21,300 students studying in the university in different types of programmes offered both in Dutch and English.

Huis ter Nieuwburg
Huis ter Nieuwburg or Huis ter Nieuburch ("House at New Borough") was a palace in Rijswijk, Holland, Dutch Republic. The symmetrical French Classicist building was probably designed by the French architect Jacques de la Vallée and was built between 1633 and 1636 for stadtholder Prince Frederick Henry. The palace with gardens was the country house of the Princes of Orange for years, and it was used for the peace negotiations resulting in the Treaty of Rijswijk in 1697.

Beatrixkwartier
The Beatrixkwartier (literally Beatrix Quarter in Dutch) is a modern financial district in The Hague, near the Central Station, in the Bezuidenhout district. The name was thought up when they were renewing the Beatrixlaan. Officially this area is the strip of buildings along the Utrechtsebaan from Nationale Nederlanden to the Palace of Justice. Besides Nationale Nederlanden, companies such as Siemens, TNT Post, Sdu and Mn Services are based here.
Netherlands Institute for Art History
The Netherlands Institute for Art History is located in The Hague and is home to the largest art history center in the world. The center specializes in documentation, archives, and books on Western art from the late Middle Ages until modern times. All of this is open to the public, and much of it has been digitized and is available on their website. The main goal of the bureau is to collect, categorize, and make art research available, most notably in the field of Dutch Masters.
Nieuwe Kerk (The Hague)
The Nieuwe Kerk (is a church in The Hague, located across from the modern city hall on the Spui. It was built in 1649 after the Great Church had become too small. Construction was completed in 1656.
Netherlands-African Business Council
Netherlands-African Business Council (NABC) is a non-profit organization for Dutch companies trading in Africa. Like many Business Councils, supports its members with their activities in Africa by promoting trade with the continent. NABC has been around since it was set up by Heineken and a couple of other Dutch companies in 1946. In 2011, NABC celebrates its 65 years anniversary. The Netherlands-African Business Council currently holds 270 members.
Trams in The Hague
The The Hague tramway network forms part of the public transport system in The Hague, Netherlands. Opened in 1864, the network currently has 12 tram lines and two light rail lines. It has been operated since 2002 by HTM Personenvervoer.
Pension de Vogel homeless hostel fire
{{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:52.072475|N|4.325888|E|type:landmark|||| |primary |name= }} The Pension de Vogel homeless hostel fire took place at the Scheepmakersstraat 22 in The Hague in the Netherlands on 16 September 1992. After an occupant set a fire 11 people died and 15 people were injured. Pension de Vogel was a hostel for homeless people and people with social problems, such as alcoholism, drugs addiction and psychiatric afflictions.
Bombing of the Bezuidenhout
The bombing of the Bezuidenhout took place on 3 March 1945, when the Royal Air Force accidentally bombed the Bezuidenhout neighbourhood in the Dutch city of The Hague. At the time, the neighbourhood was more densely populated than usual with evacuees from The Hague and Wassenaar; tens of thousands were left homeless and had to be quartered in the Eastern and Central Netherlands.
Meadows near Rijswijk and the Schenkweg
Meadows near Rijswijk and the Schenkweg is a watercolor by the Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh that he made in January 1882, shortly after taking up residence in The Hague. It shows the view from his studio window on the outer reaches of The Hague at the Schenkweg, then undergoing a period of urban development.
The Hague City Hall
The Hague City Hall is the city hall of The Hague, Netherlands. It was designed in 1986 by American architect Richard Meier and completed in 1995. It is located in the new city centre, and incorporates the council chamber, the main public library, as well as cafés, exhibition spaces, and a wedding room. At its centre is a large atrium, flanked by two large slab buildings 10- and 12-storey tall. The library is located at the northwestern end of the building complex in a semicircular building.
Paul van Waarden (restaurant)
Paul van Waarden is a restaurant in Noordeloos, Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star for the period 2002-2012. The loss of the Michelin star for 2013 was a real shock for the restaurant and they requested a discussion with Michelin. The restaurant closed down unexpectedly on 21 March 2013, to avoid formal bankruptcy. For 2013, GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 13 out of 20 points. Head chef of Paul van Waarden was Paul van Waarden.
