Antakalnis Cemetery

Sapieha Palace (Lithuanian: Sapiegų rūmai, also known as Sapiega Palace) is a High Baroque palace in Sapiegos str. , Antakalnis district of Vilnius, Lithuania. It is the only surviving of several palaces formerly belonging to the Sapieha family in the city. The palace, ordered by the Great Hetman of Lithuania Jan Kazimierz Sapieha the Younger was built in Baroque style in 1691-1697 in the place of former wooden mansion of Lew Sapieha (who died here in 1633).

Start FM is a campus radio hosted by Vilnius University. Broadcast launched on 94.2 FM in Vilnius on September 12, 2005 (webcast on January 24, 2006). The station provides freeform radio programming. Kingdom of Lithuania (1918)
The Kingdom of Lithuania was a short-lived constitutional monarchy created towards the end of World War I when Lithuania was under occupation by the German Empire. The Council of Lithuania declared Lithuania's independence on February 16, 1918, but the Council was unable to form a government, police, or other state institutions due to the continued presence of German troops. The Germans presented various proposals to incorporate Lithuania into the German Empire, particularly Prussia.

Józef Zawadzki (1781–1838) was a Polish pressman, publisher, typographer and bibliopolist, one of the most prominent Polish publisher in the 19th century. Bibliopolist of the Vilnius University and initiator of national bibliography. He published 851 books, mostly in Polish language, but also in Latin, Greek, Hebrew and Lithuanian. Zawadzki published significant belles-letres, as well as scientific works. He published Historia literatury polskiej of Feliks Bentkowski (1814), Poezje vol.
Vilnius Žirmūnai Gymnasium
Vilnius Žirmūnai Gymnasium is a Lithuanian language gymnasium school located in Žirmūnai district of Vilnius, Lithuania. It formerly was known as Vilnius Secondary School No. 7. The Gymnasium had 800 students in 2006. The school was granted the title Gymnasium in 2000; it is home to the acclaimed brass band Septima, established in 1966.
