Kenyatta University
Kenyatta University,(commonly initialized as KU)is located in Nairobi, Kenya. The University main campus is located in Kahawa, about 20 kilometres from Nairobi's city centre, along the Nairobi-Thika road. The institution is the second largest in Kenya. Located within three kilometers of Nairobi's city boundary, Ruiru is a dormitory town for the nation's capital, and is connected by both rail and road. In 1999, Ruiru had a population of 100,000, but has undergone rapid population growth in response to shortage of available housing in Nairobi.
