Shimokita Tengu Festival 2015 下北沢天狗祭り2015年
A local variation of the Setsubun holiday. A big Tengu Mask and the associated gods, goblins and, of course, the tengu itself march through the main street of the hip neighbourhood of Shimo-Kitazawa.
