A local variation of the Setsubun holiday. A big Tengu Mask and the associated gods, goblins and, of course, the tengu itself march through the main street of the hip neighbourhood of Shimo-Kitazawa.

Tokai University
Tokai University is a private university in Tokyo, Japan. It was established in 1943 by Shigeyoshi Matsumae, who had formerly been the engineering president of the Ministry of Communications.
