India Gate

The India Gate is the national monument of India. Situated in the heart of New Delhi, it was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens. Built in 1931, the monument was inspired by the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, which in turn was inspired by the Roman Arch of Titus. Originally known as the All India War Memorial, it is a prominent landmark in Delhi and commemorates the 90,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who lost their lives in World War I and the Third Anglo-Afghan War.

Rajpath

Rajpath is the ceremonial boulevard in New Delhi, Republic of India that runs from Rashtrapati Bhavan on Raisina Hill through Vijay Chowk and India Gate to National Stadium, Delhi. The avenue is lined on both sides by huge lawns, canals and rows of trees. Considered to be one of the most important roads in India, the annual Republic Day parade takes place here on 26 January. Janpath crosses the road. Rajpath runs in east-west direction.

Purana Qila, Delhi

Nizamuddin Dargah

Nizamuddin Dargah is the dargah of one of the world's most famous Sufi saints, Nizamuddin Auliya (1238 - 1325 CE). Appu Ghar

Appu Ghar was India's first and most popular amusement park located in New Delhi, the capital city of India. It was opened by Shri Gian Vijeshwar and Mr Suresh Chawla in 1984 to commemorate the 1982 Asian Games, which were held in New Delhi. National Zoological Park Delhi

The National Zoological Park (originally Delhi Zoo) is a 176-acre zoo near the Old Fort in Delhi, India. The zoo is home to about 1350 animals representing almost 130 species of animals and birds from around the world. Chausath Khamba

Chausath Khamba, also spelled Chaunsath Khamba, is a tomb built during 1623–24. It is located in Nizamuddin precincts (a heritage zone) of Sufi Muslim shrines and tombs in New Delhi, India. The name means "64 pillars" in Urdu and Hindi. It was built by Mirza Aziz Koka, son of Ataga Khan, as a mausoleum for himself, at the time when Mughal Emperor Jahangir ruled from Delhi. Sultan Ghari

Sultan Ghari was the first Islamic Mausoleum (tomb) built in 1231 AD for Prince Nasiru'd-Din Mahmud, eldest son of Iltumish, in the “funerary landscape of Delhi” in the Malakapur village. Iltumish was the third Sultan of the Slave Dynasty who ruled in Delhi from 1210 to 1236 AD. The area where the Ghari tomb is situated, was part of the first city of medieval Delhi known as the Slave Dynasty that ruled during the period 1206 to 1290. This area is now part of the Qutb complex.
